From the moment I got in touch with Jenna at Bidmead Cook, I totally understood why they have a five star rating on Google. Jenna was friendly, accommodating, and kind, and she came across as really genuine, as well as being reliable and getting in touch when she said she would. Everyone I've had contact with at Bidmead Cook has responded swiftly to any queries I've had, and the whole process has been smooth, although I'm yet to pick up the keys for the property I'll be renting! All in all, I have no complaints, and I'm very grateful to be renting my first place on my own, couldn't have done it without you Jenna.

What I like about this company is they stand by their product they don't try and sell sell sell, the sourceing masterclass is filled with such rich knowledge, I just started out in property when I took the course and ive had help and support from the beginning, would highly recommend.

Absolutely awful company. They took my money and have not responded to requests for refund. I cancelled the day after I paid them since I read some bad reviews on Trust Pilot. I have requested a chargeback from my credit card company since I invoked the law that allows me to claim a full refund. If only they replied to my request for a refund, we could quite easily have settled this amicably. However, their bots don't listen and I wonder if there are real humans on the other end ...

My connection with this Firm goes back to my father's time who was one of the investors in the beginning .We continually buy and sell through them and have always got on well with all members of Staff.I have nothing but praise for the mannerly way that Rent Smart Wales is organised by them and the help that I have received from the Member of Staff who deals directly with lettings.

Having seen both of the reviews below, I'm almost convinced the second was posted by a member of staff because my experience was very similar to the first review.I would recommend that anybody looking to rent via any agents reads into Rent Smart Wales and also any other relevant legislation to ensure they know their rights as tenants. Also ensure you know your tenancy agreement inside out to ensure you are able to spot when it is inevitable broken by the other party.I would not recommend this estate agents at all. It is apparent that the staff do not have the correct level of training.

Unfortunately I haven't been very impressed with this company, I have joined at least four webinars which were three with Abi and One with Paul. I found that they were not live/interactive neither did they respond on their social media platform (Facebook/Instagram). I have purchased the 'Flip or Flop' book from Amazon but again I haven't received anything positive, the 'sales pitch' sounds great but in reality they aren't fulfilling their promises.

It was a brilliant weekend, very well spent. I learnt about a whole new world of property and how to leverage myself and make money within it. I would recommend this to anyone who is passionate about sales and finding another avenue to make income. The most important point I can leave here, is that you can learn the skills to give you a soilid foundtation, but once you know what to do, the key is to take action.

Lana was a refreshing change from previous bad experiences, lovely person to deal with. House sale from start to finish was handled professionally and with care. Will be sticking with Templeton Robinson from now on. Cheers.
