Based on our experience alone and just as FYI; the company is not interested in after sales customer care. For last 16 months we are trying to get faulty window replace. We have been promised time after time we call you his week " "the engineer will contact you tomorrow"....16 months later we are still with the faulty window and our calls or emails are being ignored."

I had windows and doors fitted by this company- one door was not correctly fitted and was extremely difficult to lock and unlock, patio door handles arrived damaged and was told they would be replaced but despite contacting them several times and being fobbed off, the handles had to be replaced privately. I would not recommend this company.

Just had all the windows and doors replaced by this company. From start to finish they were exceptional. Very approachable and nothing was too much trouble. Workmanship is top class. In the present climate all window installers are extremely busy. This company is definitely worth waiting for. A big thank you to Clogher Valley Windows! Definitely a 5 star company.
