A great discount store with ample parking and a huge choice of stuff to buy.We visited the bathroom and kitchen section. There were scores of items on display including baths, showers, cabinets, toilets and kitchen stuff and fittings. The section seemed a bit cluttered.The store was almost empty at about 4:30 pm on Saturday but we couldn’t find anyone to ask a question to choose the right type of complete toilet to buy. The toilets fitted in the showroom were badly looked after. The seats were loose and did not give the impression of good quality fitting. The female staff was helpful at the till to answer some of our query.We waited aimlessly for someone to arrive but no luck. Eventually we left and headed to another store!! Pity!!m

Ordered sone treated LOak sleepers. Really helpful service from Jo, great price and fast delivery. The guy who delivered them was a star too.The sleepers themselves appear to be good quality and in great condition.Fully recommend.

Placed an order on Sunday,told delivery would be Tuesday,this did not arrive,I have e mailed the delivery agent who replied and stated they will make contact within 72 hours due to been busy,I have also spoken to wickes grimsby,who have made contact with the delivery agent who still has not responded,poor delivery service I would not recommend or do this again

We reported that our extractor fan had broken in November. As a result of it not working, steam from the bathroom has got intonour electrics and damaged all of our bathroom lights. We have spoken to numerous members of staff in store and at customer service and we are still waiting for it to be repaired. How dangerous! The customer service throughout Wickes has been absolutely diabolical.

Good for quick bits, internet will be cheaper if you've got time.

Absolutely shocking customer service if I could have given less than one star I would have never going here again wouldn't recommend to anyone

Wow these boys are excellent, I put my order in at 10.30 in the morning they emailed me kept me up to date. 2 hours later the fences are on my drive, very friendly reliable bunch of guys, highly recommend these I'll certainly use them again

The best place to start our DIY journey. We added what we need to the basket online then went in store to collect the orders. Stuffs were helpful and they have everything! What an absolute gem!

Never answer the phone - Tried calling to cancel an appointment, call rang and rang for over 4 minutes, I was then told by a recorded message, that there was no one to answer my call and goodbye. I won’t be callingagain and therefore will not turn up for the appointment.

Today's trip was my first to purchase from the Boston store after moving about 20 minutes away.First impressions were good, plenty of parking, trolleys close to the entrance and seemed clean and tidy.Unfortunately the checkout operator lacked customer service, serving me seemed to be a chore as she seemed to be mid conversation with a colleague as I approached the checkout.One of my items had damage, looks like it was caught with the forks on a forklift. She didn't even inspect the extent of the damage, she just jumped straight onto the radio and informed the person that it was 2 chips. Yes 2 chips from the side she could see but more severe on the opposite side where the forklift had ripped a couple of sections. I received a small reduction which was obviously better than full price for damaged goods.Apart from poor customer service the trip was okay.Would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for the checkout operator
