Pilaf restaurant

We randomly walked by this little restaurant and decided to pop in for a bite since we couldn’t figure out what to eat for dinner. Needless to say, we’re super happy we did! This was our first time eating Uzbeki food, and it was delicious!!! We ordered the Palov, Mandu, and Tiftel soup. Everything was cooked well, had great flavor, and felt like homemade comfort food. To the owner’s (?) surprise we cleaned our plates and ate everything - that’s how good it was. I usually take photos of new food I try, but I devoured all of it before I remembered to do so.Don’t let this unassuming storefront fool you. Give it a try!

As a local with plenty of authentic asian food experience I find Grand Somsa excellent quality service and value. Can’t wait to come back to try the other dishes.

Absolutely delicious food. Ordered grilled chicken burger meals at the Stratford branch and they came out fresh, took a bite into my burger & the chicken just melted in my mouth, chips were really delicious too. Do give it a try when in Stratford, great prices aswell & sauces were just on point, garlic, chilli. Hope this stays as is as quality was top notch. Definitely will be visiting again and trying other burgers.

Delicious food! The peri peri chips are amazing!!! It looks humble but the food quality is amazing! You will not be disappointed! Peri peri wings and Chips, go large!

My Bother and myself visited the restaurant after Friday prayers last week and I can HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!!! For those patrons in the know, they are associated with a particular Halal Meat Shop which I have been visiting for several years now. Having said that, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND anybody that is looking for a great experience in terms of QUALITY, PRICE and CUSTOMER SERVICE to support this establishment...Your local Uzbek restaurant!! 1 of only 3 in London, and in my opinion, the BEST. The food is really tasty and authentic, the service is 1st class, I know the Brothers that are working there and they are truly GREAT human beings!!!!! And the price is affordable! Absolutely LOVE this place and the Brothers that work there!!!! Insha Allah, I will be visiting again. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE SUPPORT THEM!!!!

We loved this small Uzbek restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was good. It has really friendly atmosphere. We definitely come back!
