Penny Petroleum were delighted with the work carried out by Darren West and his team at our Scaling Dam PFS. This included new tank , line work, and new dispenser installation.Very professional efficient organisation.

Really poor experience.I spent well into a four figure sum with this garage to have various work carried out on my car.Unfortunately the battery light kept illuminating after having the alternator replaced, so I booked it back in. During the time that my car was in Ivor Miles' care, it sustained damage to the bodywork.Eventually they agreed to sort this, which they have done partially. The car has returned with further damage to the front bumper & a chunk of leather taken out of the steering wheel.Beyond frustrated.Update... After a couple of thousand miles, it's come to light that the brake discs and pads were not fitted properly at Ivor Miles, which has caused the brakes to overheat and warp. Garage that has done the remedial work were absolutely shocked. Retaining clips were also not refitted causing the pads to rattle.Terrible!

Like many of the other reviewers i paid for fuel but for some reason my bank failed to pay, this was because the bank was suspicious of the transaction (the first time in over 3 years). Since then I have tried many times to phone FP and each time the call failed. I then received a rather rude and threatening email from 'Jack' (whoever he is) so I have sent umpteen emails to FP asking how I can pay, but have never received a reply. They have now frozen my card. Don't they want payment or my business?I think it's time to get a different card, FP are pathetic!

I’d put 0 stars if I could. Received email from them to say payment hasn’t been made. I’ve emailed them numerous times, but no one getting back. No telephone number to call. I’m not a thief, and want to make payment. I’m glad they’ve closed my account

Being chased by their debt collectors for an alleged transaction 4 years ago with a vehicle reg I've never owned or used at a location 30 miles away. Can't speak to fuelpecker and DCBL obviously do what fuelpecker tells them

They damaged my car (head gasket)I had MOT with my Toyota Prius this Jan (totally fine) and They didn’t change the oil filter as they need to order the part. Then, They change the oil filter in March. After that I found gurgling sound in engine and excessive usage of Coolant. I brought the car back to let them check. They just topped up the coolant and asked me to drive for longer time.One week later, the hybrid system had issue and white smoke from exhaust pipe. I brought back the car to examine, and potentially overheating and head gasket blown.Ivor miles refused to take any responsibility in this case straight after the oil filter change and wrong recommendation (as me to drive further). They just push all the responsibilities to the car mileage.
