Sessions with the Parachute project have helped my 8year old son so much !Few months ago son wouldn’t have dreamed of walking into school by himself and his anxiety got in the way !But this week he walked in by himself and didn’t look back !!He loved his sessions and loved the hot chocolate too .Happy mum and a much more confident happy boy ❤️

Could not recommend this place enough very easy to book a session and the email you get with the bookings and directions could not have been any better.Staff are very accommodating.Extremely well priced, Couldn’t take the kids to anywhere else for how cheap it is.Perfect for toddlers.Get a cup of coffee and juice for the kidsAnd even a sticker for putting their shoes back on!Free parking for 2 hours in a car park which is a 3 min walk awayThey have thought of absolutely everything here and although it’s an hour travel for me it will be our new place to play

Very poor experience. I work in the NHS and know what NHS is and to me this is shambles! and could have been way better. Was there today for my 11months baby to be seen by paediatric surgery. Had to wait 1hr30mins after my appt time to be seen!Unexplained delay:My appt was at 2:30pm and I was told when booking my appt that the clinic starts at 1:30pm. When I was there I was told by reception at 2:45pm that the clinic is running an hr late! How can a clinic that just started at 1:30pm to be already an hr late? Unless there was a major delay i.e. Dr not in, or Dr delayed by an emergency which was not explained to us, in a very reckless manner. My observations - during those 2 hours haven't seen but 1 patient going into Ms Parker's room. So I don't know why anything else couldn't wait till she see us for the 4 mins that she saw us for. And I am still unsure who was meant to see us her or her SPR. So I don't if she was saving the day but we just had 'No communication'. And when seen only got a 'Sorry for delay' (for 2hrs wait)The system:I have asked reception few times about the timing and the casual response was oh surgery can be delayed an hr". IF this is the normal why is that not sent with our appointment? I have arrived 30 mins before my appt out of respect of clinic's time. Why is the respect of each others time not mutual! Especially that I have been waiting for 2 hrs with a baby who will get frustrated and has nap times. And I had another child at school that I need to pick up at 4pm!On the wall there is a poster stating " If you have been waiting for 20 mins speak to reception" Well I was waiting for an hr and reception told me thats the normal lol! So please reflect that in your posters and your appt messages. The appt:We were literally seen for 4 mins. As baby was unhappy after all this wait to allow me to speak and the Dr wanted to rush us. And I had to rush to pick my other child from school."

Excellent practice of which I have been a regular patient of for many years for mainly back and neck related issues.Ayshe with her team of Osteopaths has wealth of experience treating all ages and conditions and has created a calm and relaxing treatment environment for all. I cannot recommend her and the Backbone highly enough.
