Passport office

Absolute joke over 2 months been waiting for daughters renewal passport. We live oversea and work overseas. They have all paperwork was marked as urgent was approved by management and 2 examiners and still waiting. No emails no updates no exclamation no apologises no passport and hardly no time left l am at the end of my teether.

I contacted OIS Services several times via email during the application process and they always replied within a couple hours. The atmosphere during my appointment was so calm and the process so simple. I cannot fault the experience at all - thank you!

My 87 year old Mum had to go for a passport interview this weekend, She is very unsteady on her feet and has limited mobility. However, I feel the need to praise all the staff who assisted us both in getting her into the building , in particular the Security Staff, who helped make what could have been a difficult experience for her into a pleasurable one. She'll tell this story for months now. Thanks Guys !!!

Excellent, faultless service from friendly and dedicated staff. I used the fast track passport renewal and my new passport arrived in the post just two days after my appointment.It's an impressive building with airport style security. Once inside, the place is well organized with a well managed waiting system and plenty of counters. I was seen within 5 minutes of my scheduled morning appointment. The gentleman that served me was very pleasant and the face to face process was very prompt. I am very satisfied and would certainly recommend coming here for a passport renewal application.

Great service, friendly and helpful from the guy on the door checking documents to the lady who processed my application, she was patient and professional as I'd not quite done everything that I needed to and she was happy to assist me.This will be country 185 and I've been nearly everywhere in Africa now (4 left), I have to say its been one of best experiences of getting a visa.So long as you have everything correct documents wise you'll have no problem !! Just been accused of stealing!! (I bought a card and box along with items to post and filled them out and queued to pay for them all together) apparently you can't do this but instead of politely drawing my attention to my mistake I got yelled at and publicly accused of stealing the card and box!!!! Never been so insulted in all my life. Will NEVER go here again

I was struggling to get an appointment for my Spain visa in Ireland and came across their service on Google. Even though their office is based in London, they did a pretty good job with my visa application process right from getting an appointment slot to reviewing my documents and keeping me updated on the progress. The Spanish consulate in Ireland took an unusually long time to process my visa and Mara from VisaHQ was very helpful to get my passport on time before my travel dates. Would definitely recommend their service (expensive, but worth it) especially if you are struggling with an appointment with limited time left to travel as they will take care of your application from start to finish.
