Totally professional in the method of dealing with me. The treatment room spotless and welcoming.Took time to discuss my issues prior to first treatment.There is already some relief and I know this will improve with further sessions.

Jun is incredible. I cannot recommend him highly enough!He improved my ongoing back problem that I've had for years in 2 sessions! And I haven't had any problems at all since!!!I have chosen to go to him regularly since then as there are many many things he can help with and I have never felt better.The work he does is so interesting he explains everything and he is one of nicest funniest people ive ever met.Thank you Jun!

I contacted agilaflex after suffering with lower back pain for a week and pain relief given by my GP was not helping. I saw Antonia who was very professional and got to the source of the problem. I felt immediate relief from the treatment i recieved and by the second visit i was walking and feeling much better and was able to return to work and training.I am continuing to see Antonia at agilaflex to maintain my lower back and cannot recommend them enough.

I went to see Adam in St Albans about a recurring neck and upper back pain that I’ve had for many years. After a particularly painful flare up I decided to seek help. Adam was recommended by a friend and I’m so glad I took their advice. From the start Adam was brilliant. Warm and reassuring, he put together a rehabilitation plan which involved 10 weeks of sessions plus advice on posture and exercises. My neck and back soon started to feel better and week on week things have improved. I now feel on the road to recovery and am also armed with an exercise plan to help with my long term rehabilitation. Adam has helped me so much both physically and mentally. He is also full of brilliant advice and coping mechanisms. I can’t recommend him highly enough!

Very knowledgable and friendly. Sorted back out with no pain at all afterwards. Getting a needle in the bum was interesting too.

Emma is a very knowledgeable and gifted therapist and I found the session most helpful and deeply insightful. Not just for reducing pain that I had in my back and neck but for helping me to find the answers of how I'd created it within myself. I realised I had been procrastinating on something important and when I focused on the task and got it done the pain cleared. Added to this Emma provided a useful recording that helped me to sleep pain free while I was moving towards taking the action I needed to. I realised once I took responsibility over my procrastination that it would then allow the healing to complete. Had I not seen Emma I think I would have experienced the pain for much longer as her insights led me do the additional things I needed to do, the combination of doing that and her process helped to set me free from pain. Emma has a track record of instant healings I should add and is highly recommended by me. I'm very grateful for her valuable help. Emma is also a great teacher of her processes too and how they work and is an excellent training facilitator too. Lester

Brilliant service at MyMSK always, I have been going here for 2 years now for help with my shoulders ( I have calcification in my upper bicep tendon ) I always receive a thorough ultra sound to check the areas incase of any new injuries formed. the treatment I receive is a cortisone injection into each bursa which completely kills the pain in my whole shoulder area right and left as both are bad. This allows me to exercise again and sleep better. Amir is a really nice person also, makes you feel comfortable from the start and it generally feels like he really cares about his patients. I will continue to use MyMSK forever.

Emily was so compassionate when I went to her with hip and lower back pain. Listened well and advised treatment options super quickly. From months and months of chronic pain I have been able to drop my prescription painkillers completely and am now able to enjoy normal activities. Great prices, easy to book. Absolutely amazing clinic! I have gone for a deep tissue massage and also an Ayurvedic massage with shirodhara at the end. Both treatments were extremely relaxing and healing. Raghav is a wonderful practitioner and is communicative the whole time. Would definitely recommend, plus they’re on Classpass!

I was in recently with David for 1-1 Dry Cupping course. I really enjoyed the course, David was really easy going and has a fab way of teaching and allowing things to sink it. I had a few ah ha moments even outwith the cupping as his explanations was great. Thanks again.
