Paediatric Ophthalmologist

Dr Ahmad Aziz, from my personal experience, is a consummate professional in his field - with an easy manner that puts you at ease and he takes time to explain the procedure (blepharoplasty), answers all your questions (of which there were many) and allays any 'fears' and concerns you may have. Along with being very good at what he does, from all the reports I had read and recommendations from others who have also had this procedure, from the research I did before deciding who to trust to perform this procedure on my eyes. I had quite pronounced 'drooping' of my upper eyelids which in turn limited my field of vision. I had my upper eyelift surgery in May 2022 and then had a follow up consultation today. I am now able to see clearly, which I could not do before without 'forcing' my eyes open. I am so happy with the result that I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Aziz to others seeking the same or similar procedure(s). My only regret - that I did not have the procedure performed earlier!

What a joke!! This place employes such disrespectful people, especially the woman at the bookings department.I called up looking for information but the first guy I spoke to was so eager to get rid of me he transferred me to someone that could help me. Unbeknown to me the guy forwarded my call to a bookings line. When I spoke to the lady at the bookings line all she was interested in telling me was, how this is a busy department for bookings, in a roundabout way tells me to go away if I'm not making a booking then hangs up on me.After that experience wouldn't even think of putting a foot in their door, even if they were the only ones that could help me.I've had bad customer service but this was a total joke.

His response was warm, understanding and professional and I immediately knew I had made a good decision.During my consultation Mr Wong put me at ease and was certain that he could improve the appearance of my lower eye bags, so much so that I decided to bite the bullet and go ahead with both lower and upper blepharoplasty as a birthday treat.On the day of my surgery I was very nervous but was soon put at ease by Mr Wong and his wonderful team at the Nuffield Hospital.Four weeks on from my surgery I can say that I am genuinely delighted with the results. My lower eyebags are no more and Mr Wong has even been able to reduce the scarring from my previous unsuccessful surgery. My upper eyelids were obviously more hooded than I thought as my eyes are much more “open” with a lovely shape.Mr Wong is a very talented man indeed and I wish I had done my research prior to my failed surgery last year. Dr Wong and his team are fantastic. I had a cyst from my eyelid surgically remove and it couldn’t have went any better. I’ve had bad experiences with other private opthamologists before finding Mr Wong. Highly recommend!

Firstly, Mr Aziz has done an amazing job for my facial restructure as I had been suffering with a rare condition a semi-facial atrophy, after massive fat/collagen loss under my left eye-cheek area in last 3 years. It was a struggling time for me as it left a scar on my face.My surgery in last month was fantastic, the results are life changing. My recovery was also really good and my scar is hardly noticeable even the stitches been done very gracefully.I would like to thank him for his great craft,he clearly takes a personal interest in his patients and is anxious to ensure that they have the best experience possible.Highly recommended!

I attended this place for my first cataract operation.in 2022 and my experience was not a good one. The reception staff were lovely but the Dr’s who performed the op and provided laser aftercare - left a lot to be desired.

The doctor was punctual and seemed like he knew what he was talking about. He was friendly and explained things in simple terms. He gave me good advise and didn’t just give me advice so he could take my money. He seemed very genuine and was honest when giving me advise. The entire online meeting took about 10 minutes and I didn’t pay anything because it was a free consultation. He seems to care more about the patients rather than their money.Thank you Dr Ahmed Aziz. I really appreciate your time and advise. If I need an eye doctor I would definitely come to you.

Having been recommended to Mr Aziz I had a consultation with him where he clearly explained the options and risks, I made the decision to proceed with my Cataract operation.It is now one week since then, and I cannot express enough my thanks for the expertise, care and kindness given to a very nervous patient!I am already after 20 years able to read without glasses.Mr Aziz, THANK YOU.
