Great experience at Skuna for their Hot Tub boat.Have to book tickets in advance. Went on cold day on weekend. Friendly staff made set-up and briefing process very easy. Easy to buy drinks to take on board boat.Boat easy to steer around Canary Wharf area, with warm water in tub. Nice route to take with little other traffic. Great experience and plenty of time to do whole route in boat.Great once in lifetime experience, would recommend trying if you are a hot tub fan!

I was given the Nicci for my 50th birthday. Literally the most wonderful present EVER. It’s quite simply stunning and has pride of place in my garden. Aside from its sculpture like quality - for me, it’s as good as having a Moore or a Hepworth piece in my garden… I now get to watch all sorts of birds dipping in the water from my window and far more birds now visit as a result. Beautiful to look at and endlessly commented on by anyone who comes to the garden. Cannot recommend more highly. It’s a piece of joy!

We had our Jupiter hot tub delivered a few days ago! I bought it as a birthday present for my husband. He loves using it so much, I wish I had got it years ago!If you are going to look around at other companies, there REALLY IS NO NEED!The service I have had from Dreamspas is 10/10The professionalism started with John in the sales shop who helped me choose the ideal tub with his great knowledge and expertise, to the politeness of Charlotte and the storage team to the delivery boys, Tom, Ash and Dale.There was no pressure at all to purchase, in fact, I was advised to go and have a look at what else was out there, but they probably knew I would be back to them because this company knows and does it all so well with very competitive pricing and choice. On the delivery day the boys took charge of everything, from advising on which direction the tub should face for optimum visual pleasure, full instructions on how the hot tub works, what should and shouldn’t be done with it and of course, all about how to use the chemicals. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they repeated anything we weren’t quite sure on. They also left us with a handout in case we should forget!Once they knew the tub was working correctly they gathered up all their bits and took all the rubbish neatly away with them, they even swept the floor around the tub.I am well chuffed, as is my husband! Additionally, the staff provided accurate estimates and timelines, ensuring a smooth purchasing process. 5* service.

We had a fantastic time, it truly was one of the most amazing experiences we have had on one of our travels! Sarah was working while we were there and she was amazing, she explained everything very well so we felt comfortable with how to do it and how to ask for help if needed. We will for sure do this again at other sites we visit!

Absolutely loved it here. I enjoyed a festive hot tub cinema experience watching a Christmas classic. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The changing cabins are cute enough to sleep in and the hot tub is the perfect temperature for a two hour movie. With salted caramel popcorn, mulled wine and views of Canary Wharf I highly recommend it.

We were lucky enough to be given the Nicci bird bath and the bird feeder tree as wedding presents and they are both simply wonderful. They look fabulous in our cottage garden and we love watching the birdies from our kitchen windows. Absolutely delighted with them both!

Staff member Dominic is a credit to this employer. Friendly, helpful and really knowledgeable. We had a fantastic fun time and highly recommend this for something different to do whilst in London.
