Orthodontist

Excellent all round. We have 3 girls all needing braces. One of the girls was referred first by our dentist well over 2 years ago and has only now just seen an orthodontist close to home. The other girls were referred along time after and have had their braces fitted for a while now at Cheyne Walk. We were very concerned about what we were told at the recent appointment elsewhere so we contacted Cheyne Walk for a 2nd opinion because we felt very comfortable with them. An appointment was made very quickly to help us and we had excellent advice and are now sorting out a referral to Cheyne Walk despite the 3 hour round trip.

I was in for an emergency appointment after I banged my teeth falling and the dentist I saw was extremely well mannered and very professional. Explained exactly what was happening in an understanding manner. I felt very comfortable and in safe hands. Please pass on my thankyou to him

Exceptional dentist! During my last three appointments, I never had to wait. At the same time, Jay takes a lot of time for patients and his checkup was the most thorough one I have ever had. He really goes up and beyond and stays up-to-date with latest materials and research. Plus he is great to talk to, explains procedures well and makes visits to the dentist as comfortable and pleasant as they can be!

I don’t normally leave reviews but I keep telling my friends my dentist is great so I may as well tell the internet! My dentist is Dr Shepardson, she has such a lovely and reassuring manner. The hygienist is also really nice but not sure of his name! And reception are helpful too which isn’t always the case… Plus they’re relatively easy to get an appointment with. Recommend!

This practice is very welcoming and clean, I am always greeted with smiley faces and a warm atmosphere.During every appointment the nurses chat away to me and this helps me feel at ease. I am very happy with how my treatment is going and couldn't recommend this practice enough.

So grateful to have an NHS dentist still at this great local surgery. My dentist, Billy, is thorough, gentle and caring and the whole team from hygenists to reception and dental assistants seem very professional and pleasant.

It's our first time to visit the Total Orthodontics. The staff members were very friendly and welcoming. Leena provided a thorough presentation covering many details of the treatment and answered all our questions. We were told that Leena is a new consultant, but we felt like she has been offering consultation for a long time, as she is so professional and customer focused. We are very impressed. A really good start. We believe our treatment by Dr Bontari will be smooth and successful.

First time using Bupa for a Hygienist and really really impressed. Easy to book online and brilliant welcome and administration from Helen and Nicki on the front desk.The Hygienist Nina and Ruby the dental nurse were first class! Really thorough and explained everything that they were doing. Teeth are now fabulous and it’s made going to the dentist an enjoyable experience! Fully recommend!

I wanted to get rid of all of my amalgam fillings and improve the appearance of my smile as I’ve hated it for so many years and never felt confident in photos.I found Creative Smiles and I just had a good vibe from the website so I booked a consultation.I had my first consultation with Mr Gilbert which went well and he referred me on to the lovely George.George has been an absolute dream of a dentist. I can’t speak highly enough of him, he’s so talented and really takes pride in his work. I wouldn’t say I’m an overly nervous patient but I definitely have my moments and he did nothing but reassure me.George explains absolutely everything he’s going to do, communicates everything so well and is happy to discuss any concerns.I had a lot of long appointments which I dreaded but they went by quickly with little to no discomfort. George is super patient and gentle which I really appreciated.The whole team at Creative Smiles are beyond friendly and professional. Everyone I dealt with was so lovely and takes a genuine interest.I can’t recommend the whole team enough, have had nothing but positive experiences and would encourage anyone to go!

Excellent service with care and thought for their patients. When I arrived I was greeted with a friendly lady on the reception who made me feel very welcome. I was told their would be a little wait as the dentist I was seeing was running behind but I can say now that I wasn't waiting long maybe 10 - 15 mins which in my opinion isn't bad at all for a working practice. My problem was sorted out as soon as I saw the dentist and I didn't have to return for another appointment which I was very pleased about. Would recommend this dentist to any one seeking dental help.
