I have just completed pleated a course of acupuncture and massage ( best and deepest massage ever ) as suggested after a through consultation and I also take the prescribed herbs . My symptoms were chronic prior to treatment , insomnia and constipation as well as body aches and pains ( fibromyalgia) . I have low thyroid and menopause . I cannot express my thanks and happiness enough for the complete wellbeing I feel now after these treatments . I love the fact Chinese medicine trays the whole body …… I feel the best I have in many years . I will continue maintaining my well being here and I am also very excited to begin a course of anti-aging facials ….. I’m hoping my looks will match my new found spirit . Thanks Well-being xxx

Absolutely recommend Dr Ling Shi for serious lower pack pain.I came to see her at the start of April when I had just returned from a Physio visit, who told me that he wouldn`t touch my inflammation and I should try to rest. I have tried painkillers, yoga and physio before - none of it was fully addressing my problem in the way she did.Dr Shi provided me with some serious massage, acupuncture and cupping - yes, none of it is pleasant as there is a significant amount of pain involved in all of the treatments. Nevertheless, after the first and second treatment my range of movement had significantly improved - from not being able to even reach my knees or get up without help from sitting down to actually being able to reach my feet!The puffiness of my body has now also decreased significantly due to the inflammation reducing with every treatment.In addition, I have been starting on the herbal tonics that Dr Shi has been prescribing me for stress and detoxing / toning the blood and this has also stabilised my anxiety and depression & also has helped me to shed some of the water retention.I can not thank Dr Shi enough for her kind advice, hands on (literally!) help and ongoing support.For anyone trying her treatments - yes it will probably be a little different to your normal GP and you will need to spend time and money, but in the end, it is your wellbeing and health that is worth it.

I've purchased some Adapta tapes a while back and they are awesome. They helped me prevent getting injured when using the treadmill. Totally recommend them!

Used the Meridius Dry Cupping kit on a course and was impressed by the different types and shape of cups included so bought my own kit. Being able to reduce the pressure with the valves rather than just on or off is incredibly useful in treatments.

This is the 3rd time I am using this centre with my problems and I am delighted again with a great results. First time I tried acupuncture and herbs for my infertility and after 2 months I fell pregnant and had a baby.My 86 years old father who had only 10% of hearing left after 3rd session has put his hearing aid down and says he can hear on about 60%.Great practice with highly educated doctors. 5 stars

Absolutely fantastic! My partner and I were having trouble conceiving and after the doctors couldn't find a clear answer, we came here to receive some more holistic treatments which we thought might help. We did two courses of acupuncture alongside drinking a tea made out of some herbs that Dr Xi gave us.She had predicted the treatment would be effective in 3-6 months, however, by month two we were pregnant!We now have a beautiful daughter and this review is long overdue because she is now learning to crawl!Thank you so much!

Charlie is an exemplary therapist - my first session with him was incredibly thorough and he was extremely professional, whilst still being friendly and welcoming. Throughout my course of treatments I've experienced benefits above and beyond the original reason for my visit and am continuing to benefit from treatment. I would absolutely recommend at least a consultation with Charlie if you are suffering with ailments that cannot be satisfactorily treated by conventional medicine.

I came to see Dr Shi with numbness in my hands, feet and body. I have had a bad lower back with body & leg pains for a few years, but the numbness came on suddenly a few weeks ago. I felt awful and my Doctor was unsympathetic - telling me it was probably just anxiety and that they would do blood tests to rule out anything serious - but basically I should relax! The blood tests thankfully came back ok but I was left with no advice and a numb body and extremities!I came to see Dr Shi to enquire about acupuncture - and she was far more understanding than my Doctor. After 5 sessions of (intense) massage, acupuncture, cupping and daily herbs - I feel remarkably better and the numbness has gone from my feet and body and my hands are massively improved. I have more sessions to do but I’m confident that my hands will be fine soon too.Dr Shi explained that my aches and pains were due to Toxins and blockages in my system - and her work to remove them is definitely working. I have a lot more energy and I feel as though I am finally getting better.I’m so glad that I took a chance on acupuncture and I would definitely recommend Dr Shi.
