I joined Mona's practice a few months ago with aid to help me relax and compose myself as well as treat some aches in my back. I have to say that every session with Mona were made me feel very relaxed and I definately saw a benefit with my back ache and my general mental wellbeing. I can not recommend highly enough Mona. She will give you advise and support holistically as a whole rather than try to treat individual aspects.

Dr Tang is absolutely amazing! Whenever I have a health issue I always come to his Te Tao Chinese Medical Centre. Over the last few years he has helped me improve my health greatly, solving many of my problems including anxiety, insomnia, fatigue, skin problems and digestive issues. I can’t thank him enough and would recommend Dr Tang to anyone with any health problems.

My brother is a permanent client at Natures Way London. He really enjoy very much each time he goes there so I decided to take a look and try the service by myself. Have recently visited this clinic with quite painful ingrowing toe nail,the affected toe was quite swollen and infected. The treatment I receivedwas first class, the offending part of the nail was removed, without anyanaesthetic and to my surprise it was completely pain free! So if anyoneis suffering with ingrowing toe nails it can be sorted by this practice.

I first went to Monika about a year and a half ago for some back pain I’d been having for a number of months. I’d seen multiple doctors about it but nothing helped. After just 1-2 sessions with Monika the pain was gone and hasn’t come back! Since then I’ve been continuing to see her for severe chronic anxiety, and the acupuncture has made such a major difference that has significantly improved my quality of life.Monika really takes the time to get to know her clients and what they need. She is very attentive and creates a welcoming and comfortable environment. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

I don’t have enough good things to say about white cottage beauty retreat. The retreat is clean, modern, comfortable and so so peaceful. Naomi is really friendly and professional and goes out of her way to make sure you get what you need out of your treatments. The massage treatments I have had with Naomi have been second to none, with fabulous essential oils and I always leave feeling super relaxed. The extra precautions at the retreat for Covid are also brilliant. I definitely recommend white cottage beauty retreat!

I had my first Access bars therapy with Sarah. I was unsure what to expect but Sarah put me at ease by explaining what the treatment was about and by the end I felt extremely relaxed.

Toseki is a wonderful practitioner with experience on his side. I've seen him for years for different things, physical and emotional. Great way of relieving stress but also realignment and injury management. Highly recommend.
