Office Furniture Shop

After reading the reviews I firstly would like to say that this company is not a scam and they genuinely have some beautiful pieces of furniture.We enquired about some furniture in May 2021 but wanted to actually feel and see the furniture before we committed to buying anything. Marcus kindly booked us an appointment at the Showroom in Nottinghamshire as he understood how we felt.We had a drive to the showroom and met with Adam who was very helpful and showed us the options that were available to us! We sent across the measurements of our room and a layout of what we had a we were sent some drawings of possible options for the furniture we had chosen which we were over the moon with.We ordered a bespoke Moreland Harris Tweed and Brown Leather Chester Club no corner modular Design 15, 3 seat Right, 3 Seat left and 2 Kensington Chairs and a patchwork beanbag. We also opted to have these reinforced.The delivery was estimated at 12-14 weeks.The delivery did run over slightly due to problems everyone was dealing with due to Covid but when they were delivered (Sept) the team that delivered everything were very friendly and kept us up to date with timings. They came right on time when they said they would.Marcus and the team were fantastic through the process of the design and ordering.I fell in love with our furniture the minute it came into our home.

Great workmanship, good communication and overall fantastic job. Second time we've worked with the Team on a home project (and even found they'd been to our new house previously so technically we've benefitted from 3 of their installs in our lives!)

Excellent office furniture at sensible price. Put together in less than 2 hours which saved me a lot of hassle. Jamie who owns the business is very straightforward and easy to deal with. I think you would find it very difficult to get a better deal than this.

First class, quality workmanship comes as standard right from the preliminary discussions, through to the design and installation process. Very knowledgeable and they find solutions to apparently difficult requirements. Highly recommended by everyone in the area.

A good friendly store. Good staff. Very helpful.Is a real pity that this company. Price disadvantages the stores compared to online specials.As someone who is very sad to see physical stores been closed in favour of online shopping with lots of different companies.No more just going for a look round and making that impulse buys.Sad.Must be a sign of the times.But this store is highly recommended based on how helpful the staff are.

Supplies Web have been the best stationery supplier that a company could ask for. The customer service is outstanding, no matter how difficult my query is, they find a way to suit my needs. Every delivery comes super quick and sometimes they add complimentary gifts which are very thoughtful. They are an amazing, reliable, friendly, and helpful supplier and you cannot get any better. Highly recommend.

I ordered a table top from the website. It took a few weeks to arrive due to me being on holiday. However, the product is top quality with a great finish. What can be confusing is some items are manufactured as I was told. But the item was showing next day delivery. Anyway I spoke to their customer service department and they explained it all to me. I would call them first to make sure. In all a good service and fabulous quality item. Very happy with it and if needed would use again.

Ok for a quick shop. Good selection of office stationary goods. Would not buy a computer from here as pricey and better offers elsewhere. Good for photocopying etc. Good and reasonable for manufacturers ink prices. Cheaper options on line but you don't always get what you think you are ordering. Can't see how this place makes money but would miss if it went!!!

Outstanding from start to finish. The guys at Trentside couldn’t of been any more helpful, from advising on finishes, choosing the chairs and keeping me fully up to date with delivery. So happy with the delivered product, I will be back for more furniture!!
