Go to Chopstix quite often, I find it really depends on who is in the kitchen so very hit and miss, today though was the worst I’ve ever head the noodles tasted of nothing, and all but the caramel chicken were bland and flavourless

Ordered Via Just Eat, and although the estimated delivery time was stated as 25-30 min, after almost an hour and 15 minutes waiting for the delivery, when I called the restaurant I was told that they had no driver and they were simply busy.When I have asked why the restaurant doesn’t update the delivery times, or simply doesn’t accept the orders if reach the capacity I was told that I should contact Just Eat.I did, I have cancelled the order, so I can’t rate the food.However, the service is poor!

Just stopped in on a whim to grab some lunch. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! I've always fancied grabbing a box of noodles or rice now and then, but worried about quality. It's just a small place, but it's clean, tidy and well looked after. The gentleman cooked my rice box right there in front of me. It tasted fresh and full of crunch. I honestly had to stop myself going back in for another box. Highly recommended!

Food was nice, the portion was really big for the large bowl I got. Abdulahi was really when he came to clear out table. Next time I’ll definitely try the udon.

So tasty, great value - their beef with peppers in back bean sauce with egg fried rice washed down with green tea has been a food highlight of my year - would definitely recommend

One of Chinatown's hidden gems that is well known and respected amongst the Chinese community is Lo's Noodle Factory... tucked away in one of the side alleys of Chinatown where you'll usually find a large queue of Chinese Asians queuing outside a rather unassuming entranceway waiting patiently to buy ho fun noodles, char siu baos, lor back goa and other goodies... The owner Wai’s great uncle (then a restaurateur) opened Lo’s in the late 70s, essentially to out-do his own noodle supplier who was charging him too much. The rest is history and now Lo’s supply their Ho Fun and Cheung Fun Noodles to 90% of Chinatown’s restaurants and the Chinese community (from overseas Chinese students to expats) for over four decades...

Great food, but this branch doesn't always have all the options available (like beef)Also not all staff are friendly and many even go as far as to give you less food in your box. I've observed on many occasions with specific staff of instances where there seems to be some racial motives in the quantity of food and level of service.One customer gets more, and the following customer happens to be off colour, immediately after, receives noticeably less in topings (like 1 chicken piece and the rest mixed vegetables vs 6 pieces). Despite hearing such customers' complaints openly, the staff did not care.I would suggest some caution with this service station branch of Chopstix.

Great ramen and service. Restaurant seemed quiet and cosy when we arrived, perfect for cold winter evenings.

Food was good, but slightly on the pricey side. Seats are limited so sharing with other customers is an efficient and effective way to serve more people! Highly recommend the stir fried burdock!
