Amazing service! Found us exactly what we were after for our staycation, there was a refreshing amount of options available considering the short notice, not often seen when we've booked elsewhere.The team gave us a really useful idea of what was in the local area which saved us the researching and bookings but also lovely to have the local advice personalised to you rather than a generic internet search!The house was in pristine condition and it felt more like being a guest at someone's home than renting a generic holiday house. It was a relief not having to worry about whether the dog would be permitted or permitted with certain restrictions, she was accommodated as well as we were!We will certainly be back thank you!

We had the best time here! Lovely welcome with fresh farm eggs :) Judith was unbelievably helpful (even buying a bed guard for our toddler) and was always around to fix any issues. The children loved feeding the chickens and playing in the backyard. Lark Rise is easily big enough for 6 people (and we had a big 4th of July party here too!) Thank you again for an awesome stay, we'll definitely be back!

Great, snug and attractive cottage, well equipped and in perfect shape. Overlooks, at the doorstep almost, an amazing beach with spectacular surf for our visit. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place to stay. Stunning views over the bay. Cottage felt like there was no expense spared. Owners very friendly and welcoming.

Enjoyed Christmas here with our two dogs. Accommodation was clean and enjoyable just what we needed for our break.Would definitely book again at anytime of the year.

I stayed at Cammonile cottage with my family while attending the Goodwood revival festival. The cottage was emaculate throughout, had everything you could need and has been furnished to a very high standard. It has a lovely homely feel and was great for interior design inspiration. Due to being out most of the days, we missed spending time in the garden which was a shame as it is lovely. The local pub was also very nice for food and less than a minute walk away.Sally was an excellent host and was very quick replying to any questions. We would certainly come again. Hopefully next year when we go back to Goodwood.

A really nice place. It was great being able to sit outside by the river with a cold one in the afternoon. Only a short walk into Keswick, which has a nice park.

Beautiful spacious holiday homes, with lovely outdoor spaces. The homes were equipped with three showers and one bath, a dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen and lovely communal spaces. We were in Cornwall for a wedding, and this place was so convenient because we were able to book five houses close to each other for all the family to stay in. Highly recommended. It's also very close to the Eden Project and Heligan Gardens, as well as a lot of other lovely locations.

****FANTASTIC*****Had a hen weekend for 23 and can honestly say it was perfect from start to finish! We were greeted given a walk round and basically had the run of the whole place, 2 great bar areas a beautiful function suite, full kitchen, beautifully decorated rooms all with en-suites, spa with sauna steam room and huge hot tub! We chose to have food in the conservatory which was made by Angela and it was delicious nothing was too much trouble, dietary requirements all taken care of Angela was like superwoman there to ensure we had the best time can’t thank her enough, grounds were gorgeous too! We will be back just need another excuse! Dj that the hotel recommended Jamie McCall was unreal would highly recommend! Thank you again!

Much better than expected. The apartment has two levels and plenty of space. It is very tidy and comfortable. I would recommend it to everyone who wants to visit Scotland’s capital city, since it’s located in the Old Town, the city centre. The best, however, is the price: it’s incredibly affordable. Awesome!
