New Zealand restaurant

As a kiwi who has lived in the UK for 3 years ..... I know how hard it is to find a decent selection of kiwi food in one place in person! I saw this place online and said I had to go .... So glad I did they have a huge range of food from pantry supplies to lollies, Chocolate and chips the prices were fair (relative), I think it was about £3.50(ISH) for pack of biscuits and same lollies- will definitely be going back

I came to know this place by coincidence, and I'm so glad I did. They have a wide range of food, teas, and coffee. I had avocado and poached eggs, but I have to say this it was an exceptional one. I've never tasted something as creative as this one in Manchester. The flavors were on point. The place was so cozy, and the customer service was great. We were served by James, and he made sure we had a good experience and explained the menu for us. I would highly recommend it, I had a pleasant experience that'll definitely repeat.

We tried this place just off the Brixton market for Sunday roast. We were greeted by really friendly staff, and were then seated by the bar table. All staff were super friendly and attentive throughout our visit. We had the leeks and trout to start. The leeks had a great balance of the vinaigrette and crispy breadcrumbs to delight, the trout had a really deep, rich smokey taste and the whole dish was really well seasoned. Main course, we had beef and pork. The meats were cooked to perfection, succulent and pork had a really moist and soft texture. All the vegetables were cooked and seasoned well (and apparently you can ask for more veg!) and the really delicious gravy! The cookie was nice but personally I’d want the cookie to be a bit gooey-er as it was more crispy like biscuits. But overall it was a really pleasant visit and would definitely recommend the roast here!

Food is healthy and nicely presented. Lovely, friendly service as well. I ordered the halloumi large plate salad which was delicious. My friend ordered the salmon dish which he liked but probably at a 4 rather than 5* level.

Hidden goldmine of kiwi and Aussie snacks, chips, lollies, booze. I think there's some South African stuff also. Lovely owner too.

I love this place. The breakfast is always phenomenal but today I tried lunch... This was absolutely wonderful. Being able to sit outside and soak up the sun whilst lunching was divine. The waiters were wonderful with a smile plastered on their faces with friendly banter and good recommendations on the dishes. 10 out of 10! Can't wait to go back.

For a Sunday brunch / roast, I think this place is spot on; quality produce, well made, nothing too fancy. Good selection of cocktails too. The brunch menu could perhaps be a bit more extensive. The staff were reality lovely and the venue is well located near to lots of other Brixton cafes, eateries and pubs next door.

We was given such a warm and friendly welcome and the team here are all so lovely and amazing! It feels a little bit like being round your friends house, except you don’t have to bring a bottle ;)

Really enjoyed a beautiful brunch here, coffee was lovely, food was amazing and service was brilliant. Will definitely be back.
