Decent exhibits, including a Gutenberg bible. The building has AC, free toilets, water bottle taps, and a cafe. Lots of seating and tables available for cafe purchases.

The grandeur and tradition of this place is a unique inspiration, culture and art are present and recorded in a very rich and comprehensive collection. The service of the place is great, despite the restrictions that exist to access the works, but even so, there are common spaces, accessible to all people.

I used the archive service here in February to find records relating to my 3 x Great Grandad. They were so helpful and efficient via email and had everything ready for me on my visit. I was able to find everything I needed and feel very lucky to have access to these sorts of records. I didn't need help when I was there, but there were staff there if needed.Thank you for such a valuable service.

Kelvin Hall Open Collections
Not been here for some time and the place has be refurbished since the last time I visited many years ago. The building is of course magnificent. I came here not for the sports but the museum collections.Housed in the Kelvin Hall is a collection resulting from a partnership between the National Library of Scotland and other Glasgow museums. Kelvin Hall now provides a shared collections storage facility with public access called the Kevin Hall Open Collection. So now housed in this one building are the National Library's digital and moving image collections, collections from the Hunterian and other Glasgow Museums. Nice place to to spend an afternoon of eclectic museum collections

First time using the service. I went for natural nails with chrome and I got exactly what I wanted. The service was quick as a walk-in and professional.Highly recommend and will definitely come back.

Easy to find in the heart of Edinburgh, great exhibitions on the side, and the cafe does a marvellous cheese scone and coffee. Would recommend just for a look round.

The best kitted out gym I've ever seen, if you like variety you'll love it. Also has a great functional fitness set up for body-weight exercises although the ceiling is too low for muscle-ups.
