I'm only rating this place a 5 because there is no option ro rate it a 6. All the trad instruments you could ever want. I.e. all the stuff you never find at music instrument stores you find at Hobgoblin. Oh and the friendliest people ever.

Ron serviced a Yamaha Bb clarinet for me. It hadn't been serviced since buying it second hand second hand. I could not wait to get it home- it looked brand new. I was not disappointed, it sounded wonderful and was free blowing across all registers. Ron is a master at his trade. I also took a Buffet Crampon/Evertte Shaeffer 1912 Soprano Saxophone for appraisal. He was honest and direct in his advice. Much appreciated. Thankyou so much.I can highly recommend Ron.

I cannot rate Studio 7 highly enough! Wonderful staff, extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, good value and well-connected (they put me in touch with my new instrumental teacher, who is brilliant). I would highly recommend them.

My daughter takes lessons here, she really enjoys it and looks forward to her Sunday lessons. She’s a shy person and Tom has been brilliant with her, making her feel comfortable also allowing me to sit in lessons with her to make her feel more at ease and as a bonus I get to listen to what she is learning, I am so impressed, he packs so much into a lesson and they have kept the price of lessons as cheap as they can, the price is more than reasonable. It seems important to them that their pupils are relaxed and having fun in their lesson. Jamie and Bob have been very helpful, they take the time to talk about the instruments and give you a bit of knowledge. They are an approachable bunch with a nice sense of humour and a joy to be around. They are always happy to help with any enquiries with a polite and easy going manner. I would definitely recommend lessons here, I would give them more stars if I could. Well done to the team, you’re all doing amazing, keep up the positive vibes.

What a fantastic find! David fixed my flute and in time for a concert I was playing in. Flute now sounds wonderful again. Would thoroughly recommend.

Matt has serviced, repaired and rebuilt several of my guitars and always done on time to a very high quality.Great attention to detail, recently fitted a through body bridge and new PUs to my old telecaster, very tidy job and guitar plays and sounds great.Also takes time to consider and discuss what your requirements of your instrument are.

bought a cornet and the valves have stuck since new contacted band supplies about this and said it needed different oil they sent the oil and it has still continued to stick and still does it is not one valve but all of them. it is a shame this matter was not resolved as i am now looking to buy an additional cornet for my self and would of bought another one of these had the valves not been as bad as they are

I've known the staff for a long time and they are great at what they do. Keep going.

I was delighted with the service from Satch Brass. I had to get a full service on a trumpet at short notice with my son's Glastonbury gig imminent. Satch was able to turn the job around in 24 hours and my son is really happy with how much better his trumpet is working now.
