Same here - Letter mentions the huge cost of sending out letters about flu jabs - but I too had my jab 7 weeks ago. Plus the link given for 'further info' to explain why I have received it is a duff one (screen shot attached) and to try to make contact to tell them is mission impossible.

I gave up my NHS management job role to support my parent with end of life care.Having held positions in a number of authorities across NHS, Housing and Social Care it beggared belief for the amount of running ,fetching,filling gaps and having to ask / argueit took just to achieve appropriate care standards / services in this my home area.Sometime ago I saw senior positions being advertised for Intergrated Services and yet my actual experience was to find my parent and I in the centre of the most none joined up service imaginable. Even some involved clinicians complained about 'blockages' whilst we the recipients trundled on, often at great personal expense both emotionally and I admit financially.Now I find myself needing help and support of our local NHS , and as could have been predicted direct correspondence with our commissioners ( those who technically identify and creatively plan delivery of our care ) , I too face 'the blockages'.

Ableist; autistic people are not allowed to train- NHS staff claim that there are no reasonable adjustments that can be made to accommodate autism, without even stating what reasonable adjustments could possibly be needed. Autistic people are, therefore, prevented from having access to autistic staff and research will be conducted by ableist neurotypicals to the detriment of the lives of autistic people. Autism is a difference, not a disorder! There are things that people who experience neurotypical spectrum disorder privilege are unable to do that autistic people can do.“The panel regrets to learn of your recent diagnosis of ASD [autism spectrum disorder], but since this is a life-long developmental syndrome which causes permanent impairment of many of the competences required for independent practise as a GP, the panel cannot see how any workplace adaptations could now be put in place to successfully alter your outcome.”
