Seems a common trend looking at reviews.....£39.50 to change registration number as I assigned my own one to motorhome.Won't be using this company again.... Fair enough a bit admin involved but hitting a couple keys on a keyboard n sending an email doesn't warrant being ripped off to that extreme cost!

BMW Motorrad Insurance - I took out a policy and it cost £55 to cancel once I sold my motorbike. Exactly the same amount which I may have been refunded as I ended up with £0! Always a 5 minute wait to get through on the phone too. Very poor service.

If your looking to insure you business avoid peacock. Took out a policy with them answered all questions honestly as I could to then find out I did not have enough no claims discount, tried to sort it out in the allocated time before policy was cancelled but trying to get through to speak to someone usually takes 15mins minimum. Then my policy gets cancelled because they dragged there heels, so I ask for refund on the £500 pounds I had paid, oh they said its ran over the time now and I owe them £265. Biggest bunch of unhelpful con artists I have ever delt with.

The gentleman whom sold me the Keeway Superlight was excellent took his time not rushing me in deciding to buy bike and very helpful in the other bits I purchased the delivery man whom brought me the bike deserves a mention helpful and caring all in all a great experience thankyou
