Trying to cancel an existing order from this company is a complete shambles.You can order, set up a direct debit, all the usual kind of stuff via email but they won't let you cancel your order by email? Furthermore if you threaten to cancel the direct debit they threaten you with a £25 admin fee

I couldn't recommend Jones Bros enough for your basic food delivery needs. They are reliable and their customer service is bar none, getting back to you with very friendly down to earth swift responses.If anything has gone wrong with a delivery (even if not their fault) they will make sure its made right to their inconvenience if needed.

As I’m no longer young enough to get to the shops unaided, I find getting my milk delivered invaluable, and Adam offers a wonderful service, I appreciate it very much indeed.

Fresh food

Lovely family business, fresh produce to my door and Pete the milkman is friendly and helpful. I fully recommend SWMILK if you want fresh milk and juice and the fruit boxes are to die for AAAA+++++++++++

Absolutely fantastic. I’ve been using Dairy Plus since the beginning of lockdown in March and now I’d never look back, even when things return to normal again. Milk from a glass bottle tastes so much nicer than from a plastic container. They always deliver on time (before 7am) and you can set up a direct debit to pay. Invoice is emailed to me every 2 weeks. You can text any changes. It’s so easy and it has really been a big help. They sell so many items too, not just milk. I’ve recommended Dairy Plus to dozens of people and they’ve all been delighted as well. Give them a try, you won’t regret it!!

Fantastic door-drop service with excellent fresh produce.They have such an brilliant range of products and the service they provide is great. It's so easy to make changes or amendments to the repeated orders we have on a weekly basis and they make paying easy and effortless with their prompt, accurate invoicing.Definitely a service I would highly recommend.
