REME Museum
This was our first visit here, and what can I say. A great museum telling the history of the REME's. Ample of free parking with a few disabled parking bays. The staff that we saw were very polite. Plenty to see and do. The museum is all on one level, so wheelchair friendly. We decided to have a meal in the cafe. The portion size was large and very tasty. The prices were very reasonable. A hot meal and a drink for under £10 each. If you are interested in the history, then a visit is a must.

Vera Nice museus with pieces from Second World War, as well as things relates to its objectives.Staff is very friendly, it offers free parking lot. Inside it here is a cafeteria where you have a coffee or lunch. It offers afternoon tea, but requires reservation.Very I ate resting, I enjoyed and intend to be back with friends.

Cobbaton Combat Collection
Decent and interesting collection although could be better documented. The price is exobitant for the experience; we covered the entire collection in about an hour. And there is nothing additional in the price; you pay and you walk around looking at stuff. Maybe of interest to war memorabilia buffs but more most people there are probably better attractions for a fraction of the price. I'd recommend they heavily drop their prices, or, at the very least, publish them somewhere so that you know what the cost is before you drive out into the middle of nowhere.

REME Museum
I very rarely write reviews, but visited the REME Museum yesterday with my 4 year old son and we cannot praise it highly enough. The exhibits and layout are engaging for both adults and children, the staff and volunteers were extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. The interactive games and puzzles for children were particularly good.Despite it being a comparatively small museum, we managed to spend a whole morning there! It was also very good value.Thank you to all at the REME Museum.

The Fleetville Emporium (Vintage)
Fleetville Emporium is a great shop that has so many amazing items. The shop is big and has two floors, so there is plenty to look at. They sell vintage, retro, antique, and quirky things, so everyone can find something they like. The staff are friendly and always happy to help. They know a lot about what they are selling. The atmosphere in the shop is really nice. They always have 60s and 70s music playing, which is fun. It's also great that they get new items in every day, so there is always something new to see. They have a lot of pre-loved items, which means that they are not new, but still in good condition. This is better for the environment and also supports small businesses.I did my Christmas shopping at Fleetville Emporium last year, and I often go back for birthday presents. I love that I can find unusual and quirky items there that I can't find anywhere else. I can easily spend a couple of hours there, searching for the perfect thing to buy.If you are planning to travel to Hitchin, it's a good idea to come on a Friday, as there is an Antiques & Collectables market. On Sundays, there are car boot stalls out, which is fun. I highly recommend visiting Fleetville Emporium. It's an amazing place with an incredible range of items and furniture.

Excellent and eccentric collection from military toothbrushes to main battle tanks crammed into every available space. Several hours required to appreciate it all. Snacks and drinks available, and a wide range of militaria for sale to take home.
