Microwave Repair Service

I called JP Appliances as my Hotpoint washing machine was leaking . Jason called the same day and fitted a new seal to my machine . He was polite friendly and very quick.JP appliances are the best company i have used in the area as some of the others are very expensive and take days to come out . Nice to see some honest companies are still out their .Highly recommended and will def use JP Appliances again the service was excellent!!

Excellent service and competitive price, phoned last week and they got us booked in the following week (today), they phoned before coming out with a time, and were on time. Friendly from the off and sorted out the washing machine without needing parts. I will use again and will be recommending to other people.

Called Peter and he was out within the hour. He repaired the fault with our electric oven, cleaned it leaving it looking like new again and even left us some products and tips on how to maintain it. Really good guy offering first class customer service. If you need your oven repairing, he’s the man to call.

Second time I have called AB Domestic Appliances. Very patient with my over stuffing of the washing machinePrompt, efficient and polite. Good value. Would recommend.

Do not use this company. Absolutely scam. Quoted £65 for a call out then proceeded to charge £81 as they failed to mention VAT was not included. Person came to view the washing machine and diagnosed the problem was told I would receive a call the same day with a quote for the part, no luck. One day went by and still no call back, had to chase them. When finally able to speak to someone who was able to help they informed me that I had to wait until they had enough orders to get the parts which could take up to 10 days. I then world have to wait until they had a person free to fix the part which could take over two weeks, I had already been waiting one week for someone to come and see the machine, so at the very earliest would have had to wait a total of nearly 4 weeks for a simple part. I have been left with an £81 bill and nothing to show for it.

No matter how nice you are on the phone, you cannot make up for it if the job does not get done - in fact, make a problem worse. It's been 3 weeks since I gave my Samsung laptop in for a colour repair. It came back with a File System Error, meaning all my data had to be wiped out the second time it went for repair. I've just received it back, had to go through drawn out set up process, install Windows 10 and find out after all this that my original problem re colour still exists. No joke, I've lost WELL over a £1000 in bookings as a graphic designer. I am going to pursue compensation - as well as try and get my laptop fixed.

Nathan was absolutely superb at advising us regarding repair versus buy a new microwave. In the end because of his input we agreed with him that it would probably be better to invest in a new one. So in other words his honesty and professionalism actually meant that he talked himself out of the work that we were potentially going to get him to do. In a day when a lot of experts talk to benefit their own ends it was so refreshing. Fantastic Nathan and would definitely recommend to any future customer - thanks again Alan Smith
