I was in a few months before my second baby came to look at new cars with more space for both kids, pram, shopping etc. I dealt with Gabby who was amazing, I had so many questions, looked at a few options and took a few days to think it over and nothing was too much bother, very friendly and professional. I went with the MG hs exclusive which is very spacious, great tech and well priced. Went in for an mot on my MG and came out buying a new car.Sam Cuddeford was excellent, he went through all the procedures with us and it was a very pleasant experience. Hand over was very efficient.

Have to say l am absolutely thrilled at the service l have received yesterday when l came in to purchase a new car after mine had been written off in an accident this week. The car was serviced and valeted and ready for me to pick up the following day. We have shopped with Eric Stead for many years and have always received a good service, but they went above and beyond on this occasion.

We're so pleased we chose to visit Eric Stead dealership to order our new car. We've used many dealerships in the past and none have provided the level of service we got from Chris Grace. He was brilliant from start to finish. From getting to the showroom to having our car ordered and handover date set took less than an hour. He's a genuine, sound bloke. Definitely won't be going anywhere else in future.

Initially made an appointment by telephone to test drive a manual SUV thinking we knew what we wanted. Following an initial test drive our salesman Steve Todd suggested that we may prefer an automatic and a higher specification vehicle.We took that out for a test drive and we were so impressed, we decided to go ahead and purchase the vehicle on a PCP. Negotiations re: price weren't we felt necessitated because it had all the top of the range specifications and reductions in price had already been offered to us.Steve was so friendly and personable and at no time did we feel pressurised to buy or pressurised to leave because of other customers.We returned a few days later to pick up the car and we were greeted like friends.Needless to say, we're loving the car and wouldn't hesitate in recommending Roy Tolley and especially Steve Todd to others.We'd definitely return to Roy Tolley to purchase again and will use their servicing dept as well because whilst we were purchasing we witnessed another customer return with an issue with their car and Roy Tolley's team were bending over backwards to remedy the situation.Impressive team indeed.

We received a text to say we were eligible for an upgrade to our existing mg. We went to Richmond in Portsmouth and was greeted by Jacob, who was polite, attentive and considerate. We were offered a drink, we were given time to think and discuss the options the team were able to put on the table. The manager (we don’t recall his name - sorry) also did his best to find a deal for us today. Although we weren’t able to accept the deals offered (we weren’t in The market to buy a new car, which did make it quite difficult for the team to find something for us) we never felt rushed or pushed into making a decision. Very friendly team. We are very pleased with our car, and will be revisiting in the future
