I ordered qty 2 x 500ml Firexo 7 in 1 extinguishers which arrived promptly but 1 extinguisher showed low pressure on the gauge.I emailed the company for advice but 4 days later had not had a reply so I phoned the company and a replacement was received 4 days later and the old unit was collected at the same time.I could have speeded up the replacement if I just phoned the company instead of emailing them first.Would use again as outcome was positive but dropped a star for lack of email response.

This as got to be the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with, at the most stressful time in anyone's life they have left us high and dry. We were promised collection of my late mothers equipment and they have not turned up dispite promises to do so. I waited on the telephone three times for over an hour only to be told that they were on their way. Guess what, they weren't. Still waiting now. Absolute shower.

Cannot recommend this company enough! Their staff are incredibly knowledgeable and very well-trained. There is no hard-sell whatsoever. They are genuinely interested in getting the right solution for each individual & their difficulties. Went into Rise Furniture and Mobility today looking for comfortable and wide fitting shoes. Met Mr.Carl Drake who I had spoken to on the phone earlier to find out if they had my kind of shoes in stock.Mr. Drake was very kind, helpful and courteous. He gave me great advice in regards to the type of shoes that would give me a good balance as well as support my swollen and sore feet due to polio. Mr. Drake went the extra mile to ensure I choose the right shoes that fitted perfectly and felt like comfort heaven on my feet.I will definitely be returning to this shop whenever I need a new pair of shoes. We needed a loan unit whilst our autoclaves were out of use and the staff at Dental decontamination were so helpful, they went out of their way to help us at a time that was convenient for us.
