Recently needed to get a competent auto electrical engineer to remove a dash cam from my daughter's old car in order to have it installed in her new one and Falcon Automotive were highly recommended by family friend. Have to say that their highly respected referral was well merited as the whole experience was prompt and efficiently undertaken from start to finish. Professionally installed and hassle free with the added peace of mind that it will work automatically when the car is being driven without the need to remember to switch on and off manually. Likewise it's worth acknowledging how neatly concealed all the essential cables are, (you would not know this was not a factory fit). Having previously suffered a poor experience of an incorrectly hard wired dash cam draining the battery of my other daughter's car, almost leaving her stranded as a consequence, it really is money well spent to get such a job done professionally. Very happy to recommend this company .....it's easy to promote local service when it's this good!

Sent this company email after email after completing their online enquiry form. Eventually I had a response and they told me they’d get a quote for the Labour and parts. It’s for a static holiday home shower unit replacement. Needs urgently doing due to cracks and leaks. Still no quote. No replies. I’ve emailed 6 times. Nothing. Nada.But after reading their reviews on here and Yell and other sites I’m thinking I’ve had a lucky escape.

Bruce Towers and Sons completely refurbished my heating and hot water system in late 2017. They replaced the oil boiler, changed to a sealed water system, fitted new radiators throughout the house and added a water softener. In September 2018 they fitted a new, bunded, oil tank. The company now services all types of boilers and I have no hesitation in giving them the ongoing contract. The customer service they provide, combined with the very highest standards of work, (all at competitive prices), means you can have absolute confidence in them. I am now assured that we have the most efficient system available, (it shows in the reduction in oil use), and comply fully with current and anticipated regulations.
