Plumbing & Gas recently replaced all the radiators in my house. They helped me with choosing the appropriate radiator models and then ordered and installed all the new radiators, making necessary adjustments to the infrastructure where required.They also managed the return and replacement of a larger radiator which had been damaged in transit while keeping me informed.Special mention must go to Joe who was excellent at both communicating decisions in plain English for me and coordinating any necessary extra work.I will certainly be using P&G again.

We contracted UK Plumbing to replace our old boiler/tank system for a new combi boiler system, in preparation for some loft work to come. This was completed on time as promised, and to a high standard. Rob and Callum were very good and tidied as they went so there was a minimum of disruption. Pricing is fair especially for a job well done, so I can definitely recommend.

The repair job on our boiler was left incomplete, as the engineer (who we thought seemed very knowledgeable) said he needed to get a spare part for it. That was in early April and tomorrow we’ll be in June. Despite at least six phone calls and a lengthy letter sent to the Director, nobody has contacted me at all. The engineer is apparently never available, the receptionists are sympathetic and apologetic, but I am left without hot water in my bathroom and a boiler that may or may not be fixed.
