Truly a wonderful experience. Thank you to the friendly staff for inviting my friends and I out to the opening event of the new GT and for making us feel so comfortable (Even though we were the youngest there by a reasonable margin). If anyone is interested in buying a Mclaren please drop by. One day I sure will be.

A very close family member has terminal cancer and has always wished to have a go in a McLaren (dream car) i reached out and explained the circumstances and they was so helpful and this was arranged for the close family member and they was over the moon! Thank you very much for bringing some joy in an unknown time for us.

fantastic plant location and lovely cars

Great cars but poor service, stuck up and presumptuous and not fit to the brand.My son is a fan, and liked it much less after the visit.McLaren PR and workers- go to Aston martin agency and learn how you should do your jobs.

Not my first McLaren or my first purchase (73 at last count)….but the experience and dealings with Harry put it high up that list on customer satisfaction.To be offered a coffee in the first verbal exchange, followed by an efficient and friendly handover, enhanced the buying experience.Harry changed his day off to conclude the deal personally…..this young man will progress.I would also mention the lady on phone reception, she quickly recognised my voice and name……a very pleasant change from many others.

Couldn't have asked for a better detailer to polish my car, having had an accident and spray painted my car myself. I needed to get it looking brand new again. I've definitely asked the right guy to do the job, he assessed the car beforehand and advised what needed to be done and the results were outstanding. Excellent customer service, excellent job and the price was exceptional for the great work he done. Highly recommend to anyone who needs their car detailed.

Amazing car dealer ship with different types of McLaren.

Avoid using this dealership.I am extremely displeased and greatly regret my decision to purchase a car through this dealership. It is the poorest experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Never again with this dealership.Firstly, after buying my car, I was extremely disappointed to find out that what I had purchased had not been fully documented to me. The salesperson selling me the car, named John Folkes, did not point out scratches on the car as well as defects in the carpet, but had acknowledged them when I pointed them out off an overly basic video he sent me of the car. They refused to show me defects of the car I was buying.Secondly, the customer service is absolutely appalling. They treat a client paying £175,000+ on a car as though they are just purchasing a cheap run-around.For instance, when I purchased the car, the car was due to have a service in 3,000 miles or in the next 6 months. When I expressed this to other dealers, they were shocked as most cars of this calibre would come serviced before purchased.Furthermore, after owning the car for 2 months and covering just over 500 miles on it, I had an issue with the centre caps on the wheels. I tried to find out whether this was covered under warranty so I called up the dealer, though not one person that picked up the phone had any initiative to help me and provide assistance. Instead, I had to ring up the warranty company myself and find out if it was covered, then tell the dealership that it was not. I had to do this after ringing them to no avail, and never getting a call back. John Folkes would e-mail in return, after e-mailing him to get into contact in the first place! They would not even bother to pick up the phone and provide some aid to your issue.It is as if they only care about selling their cars and getting the money for them, rather than provide good customer service after purchase. The salespeople have no sense of value of money and albeit I paid retail for the car, I was treated like a trade customer. For a franchised dealership, this whole ordeal was appalling.Barney, I think you need to sit your sales staff down and teach them some manners and basic sales skills. Also, there's order-takers and salespeople, your team is of the latter. Your dealership should not be selling non-franchised cars. I will be contacting Rolls-Royce on this matter.Absolutely disappointed.

After searching for many years for one company to look after my many and diverse automotive needs, I had lost faith that one actually existed. That all changed when Rybrook Bristol opened its doors in September 2016.Rybrook's McLaren Brand Ambassador Jonathan Campbell-Andrews, together with his whole team, delivers the best customer service that I have experienced anywhere in the automotive world. The same can be said of Rybrook's Bentley Brand Ambassador James Rees. They make you feel that you can rely and depend upon them, with nothing being too much trouble, both teams going that extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction, at least they do with me!Over the years, I have owned and been a customer of most of the major brands, all through different franchised main dealers; Ferrari, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, Bentley, Porsche, Mercedes-AMG, Land Rover. You’ll note the absence of ‘McLaren’, it was Jonathan C-A that changed that, he and his team gave me the final degree of comfort to take that step, and I am so pleased that I did. Just about to collect my first McLaren, a 720S.I am looking forward to a long and enjoyable journey (or should I say ‘grand tour’) together with Rybrook Bristol!

I bought a set of wheels for my Cayman from Brookspeed and couldn't have been more impressed by their helpfulness, friendliness, and service.As I am in Glasgow, they couldn't be much further away, and there were some initial hiccups at my end with arranging delivery and suitable packaging, but Roz in reception was so enthusiastic, patient and helpful in getting it sorted and maintained great communication throughout the transaction.The wheels came with tyres that were advertised as being 5mm+ all over, but I've measured them at a minimum of 6mm on the inner edge and the rest at 7mm, so I think this honesty/underselling/transparency demonstrates that they certainly aren't looking to rip anyone off.There were some spots of paint bubbling on two of the wheels, but having negotiated a fair price, and with the extra life in the tyres, I am still very satisfied with my purchase and experience.If I lived closer, I wouldn't hesitate to have them maintain my car.Thanks again!
