When I first arrived it was closed it had opening times on the door that had faded so could not see so went home googled to see opening times saw it reopened at 4. So went down I had not realised you now have to wait until the next day to get ur parcel. This used to be within 2 hours so not a happy bunny

If you are going to strike at least update your website. I stood in front of your doors after getting up early for 5 mins only to be told it was shut. People don't want to waste their time and fuel!

Awful service as ever from Royal Mail, drove 30 mins to collect a package from the delivery office only to be turned away and told it had been dispatched for delivery (not updated on the tracking). Returned to work to wait for the package, updated the tracking only to find that delivery had been cancelled and the packaged was being held at the delivery office I had just driven to!

Lots of people turning up for their parcels as it states open on the website. I get there and its closed due to strike action four others turned up too. Wasting my time and petrol. Have the decency to update the website so its obvious its closed. Now closes earlier than before with ni late thursday option so impossible to pick up my parcels after work. Who is avsilable before 2pm from wotk if they work 7_5. No options were available to redeliver my items on a Friday. Now have to rely on my partner if she has a day working from home. What has happened to Royal Mail?

Royal Mail as always, spot on, efficient and friendly in this instance I had to go to the sortation depot in Warwick and the lady who served me was really friendly and swiftly got my parcel for me after me showing identification which gave me peace of mind re their GDPR policy

They’ll deliver spam mail every day, but the day you’re expecting the parcel they apparently have issues accessing the building. Awful workers

I walked over on Saturday after checking opening times of the collection point only to find the entire branch completely locked and closed with over 25mins left of opening time. The sign on the door even displays the opening time despite it being closed. No answer when ringing the phone number either. And no staff of any kind in sight to ask.

Ordered a part to fix my car, delivery instructions to leave with neighbour if I wasn't in. Left a note on my door in case and checked my neighbour was in all day. They took it to the depot anyway. Since my car isn't running I now need to spend £20 on a taxi to get there and back! Also, they are frequently shut during their scheduled open times, so good luck if you do turn up there!

Don't know what happened to the Royal Mail but they are completely useless nowadays the branch is never open for me to collect my parcel it's never left in a secure box by my front door even though there is room for it more companies are using them but they're no good at delivering parcels

A valuable book arrived when I was out. It was accompanied by a delivered to your neighbour" card but was simply left on my doorstep in the rain. I cannot understand why it wasn't actually left with a neighbour or returned to the sorting office for me to collect. naturally there is nowhere on their totally unhelpful website for me to make a complaint."
