Robert was absolutely lovely guy! Fitted my car bulbs and was so fast. Great great personality. I told him I'd leave this review because its great seeing someone with a good attitude and he is great at his job!

shame that omagh halfords is now closed as their range and staff knowledge was far superior to this store. customer service was much better too

Robert fitted a bulb for me this morning all completed within minutes he was very pleasant and efficient. Brilliant service and the other staff members were very helpful too. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very disappointed. Roof rack rails were in an open box. When i got home and checked them, there were parts missing and parts that weren't supposed to be included. Basically looked like it had been used and returned. Disgusted that Halfords tried to pass this off on me. Had to drive 20 miles rtn to get an exchange, barely an apology from the staff or god forbid the offer of a partial refund for the inconvenience. I expected a lot more from a supposedly reputable company such as Halfords.
