Worst company ever

Alina helped me find my perfect ring today. She was so nice an approachable. Definitely recommend this place!!!

I’ve used piggy bank loans a few times. Now they advertise ‘fast pay outs within an hour of acceptance’ actually twice I’ve waited a full 12 hours!!! That ironically is called ‘faster payout’!! I’d hate to know how long you’d wait for a normal payout. What’s the point? If I wasn’t credit building I doubt I’d use them.

So what a bunch of unprofessional cowboys. I asked is this approved before I come through. Answer YES quite clearly and then when I get there and treated like a child. Why do you spend so much on shopping. Erm what’s that got to do with the application. Then they say no and told my the so call manager I don’t believe you. Don’t go near them complete waste of time

I have never had any issues with this store before until today. I am extremely annoyed. I wanted to renew an item over the phone yesterday but for some reason my card payment wouldn't go through so the gentleman asked if I could come in store today. Unfortunately I couldn't get there so I tried to renew again over the phone and the lady said I would have to pay an additional charge. I was never told I would have to pay a charge yesterday. And to be honest I feel like iv been done over as I wanted to renew it yesterday and it was clearly not my fault. So very annoyed!!!

All the staff are really friendly and welcoming. The shop is well set out and complies with health and safety guidance, lots of space and well signposted. When I took an item to sell, I was served by Jade, she was extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Great shop.
