UPDATE- The self check out tills do not support people returning items. The majority of people in the queue were returning not buying. Therefore more people on the tills needed.The 2 stars were for the ladies on the till. If the manager was the person by the self check outs then more training is needed as she was extremely rude with no patience. The queue was stupidly long for 1 person on the till and a lady in the queue had to ask if they had any more members of staff. The lady who came onto the tills, think they said Mand was fab, really efficient with lovely customer service.

Nice place and fast delivery

Matalan in Leeds city centre has a good variety of cloths. This store has two floors where you can find not only men's, women's and kid's clothing but house hold products as well. The only downside is that it is self check out, which is on the lower floor. So if you do the shopping on the top floor you have to take it down to check out. And some of the staff are impolite. When asked about where to make the payment the answer from the girl I spoke to was only one word 'downstairs'.

Such lovely, friendly service! I got a beautiful swimming costume that the owner was so willing to accommodate. Highly recommend

Terrible clothing,nothing there

Went to buy a couple work suits and shoes but told not able to try a shirt on as where as you can in mossbros but there answer is this is matalan left with out purchasing anything shocking service guys.

Professional helpful staff. Lots of choice and a guaranteed perfect fit .

Good size store, but it could be bigger for its range. You always can find the main items and clothes from the new look range.

I have been a loyal customer of Bravissimo for over a decade.Regrettably, I found myself waiting for assistance for an extended period, approximately 15 minutes, only to later discover that the staff member I had initially spoken to had forgotten about me.My interactions with four different staff members during this episode were both bewildering and frustrating. None of them were able to provide a satisfactory resolution, and instead, they all insisted on identifying the staff member I had spoken with earlier.One of the staff members displayed a combative demeanor, seemingly placing blame on me rather than acknowledging the oversight made by a fellow staff member. Despite my detailed explanation of the situation, she demanded a name, which I was unable to provide. She eventually walked away dismissively, leaving me in a state of astonishment.Subsequently, my interaction with the store manager, was equally disheartening. She exhibited inadequate conflict resolution skills, and her persistent pushiness only served to exacerbate my frustration.What struck me as particularly odd throughout this ordeal was the absence of any apology from the staff members at any point during the encounter.In today's challenging retail landscape, where physical stores face significant difficulties, it is perplexing that the staff would behave in a manner that risks alienating loyal customers. As a result of this disappointing experience, I have made the decision not to shop at Bravissimo.
