Great airport for short haul flights. 5mins from walking through the door to bag checks. Limited facilities for eating and shopping but what you would expect for such a small airport. Access via DLR and easy for drop off by car. Staff friendly and helpful.

Crossshaebour is a residential area where canary wharf and soem commercial took place and changed the view. Asda is the key to corssharbour.Good area for walking if you know the area.

Very uncomfortable to travel through this airport, their machines are not up to date. Meaning, you only have a tiny plastic bag which should fit all of your liquids and if it doesn’t fit they makeYou throw valuables away.

Busy regional airport with great transport links into London. Lots of building works ongoing, especially in departures. Limited seating and retail options.

Security easy to get through..not too big an airport, so one can rock up 40 to 50 mins before a flight (though not advised) and make it. Plus very convenient for access to Canary wharf and central London areas such as Bank, Waterloo or Stratford etc
