Excellent service provided by Mike would not hesitate to use his dry carpet cleaning service again. He cleaned carpet in bedroom,lounge and hall now looks and smells amazing.

I’m so happy I found the shoe doctor! I had bought an old pair of dr marten sandals from a charity, but when going home and trying them on I had realised that the insole was dry rotting and perishing but I didn’t want to give up on them and throw them away.. I had been to Timpsons to try and get them fixed but they refused to do it and stated it wasn’t possible.. so I tried the shoe doctor and I’m so glad I did! He stepped up to the challenge and did what he could to make them wearable again! He also dyed them making them look brand new! It was cheaply priced and he did them very quickly!

I can't review the workmanship yet as I haven't had my bag back, but so far my experience has been really good. The clasp on my Kelly bag was broken and the piece missing. The company sourced two clasps and sent photos so I could choose which I liked best. Responses to questions were prompt and polite and Allarna's customer service was excellent.I have been promised a prompt turnaround so I shall update my review when I receive my bag. So far so good.....

I paid £40 to have the cuffs altered on two brand new jackets complete with tags.Although I was satisfied with the standard of the work carried out, on collection of the items both were dusty and had stray threads of colours other than used to alter my clothes on the front and back of both items. Also, a long human hair stuck to one of them.I remarked upon this and commented they looked like they had been lying on the floor.I was sharply rebuked by the female owner that they had not been on the floor
