Great service. Paul was easy to chat to and was able to tell me what he had in stock, and could get on stock for me. I ordered on Thursday and the leather was with me the next day. It's just what I was looking for and at a very reasonable price, I will be buying from here again.

I ordered some straps and buckles and had them shipped to Canada. The service I received and the quality of the product was exemplary. I have never had a shipment for the UK arrive in 4days from placing my order. This was the first time I ordered from J.Wood and I will definitely be ordering from them in the future. One of the best place I have come around for the best in class leather products.

I have ordered various leather hides, numerous times in the last 3 years or so, with J.Wood. Without exception, the leather is actually better than described (I use the economy grade for my jobs), and delivery is always very fast. On that note, if their economy grade stuff is this good, their higher end ones must be amazing! Today (12th June 2023) I accidentally completed an order without adding another item (to save on postage). I contacted them to request a refund (so that I could then order my 2 items, leather and dye). Within minutes, I received a very courteous reply from Amy, and it was done for me right away. I don't think I've ever had that speed & efficiency of response from a supplier before, regardless of the product. Their customer service really is second to none. This is why I stay with them. I really can't see their products and overall service being beaten!
