This place is fine when your spending money buying new equipment but yhe after sales and equipment servicing is terrible, equipment that was took for service and charged for came back damaged and with faults that were not present when left with them, the attitude of the service department is basically tough were not interested. I have since discovered Marsdens at Colwick who are an example of how to treat customers.

I took my lawn mower to be repaired on the 20th of June it took them 4 months to repair it properly totally ridiculous. Customer service was even worse

I purchase a chainsaw from them and Martin set the saw up, ran it and wrote numerous emails containing tips, advice and really helpful operational notes. An absolute gentleman and true professional. This level of service is a real rarity nowadays. Amazing. Thanks

I am generally disinclined to review companies which perform well because I believe that is what businesses should do. Additionally in my experience any shoddy enterprise can manipulate the likes of Truspilot reviews et al.Howver, for this company I shall make an exception.I ordered two cutter deck drive belts for a Countax c800H mower. I bought two because the belts were less than half the price of compeitors' offerings. The belts I bought were Dunlop drive belts.The items arrived today, i. e. the day after I ordered them online. I fitted the belt and my paddocks are mown.In an age of broken promises and shonky service I am pleasantly surprised by Bearing Options Ltd.Thanks lads.
