Launderette

Used this place a few times and its always top quality service.

I haven't been but heard excellent things. I hope you will give it a try. And they will give a service worth 5 stars. Keep your local laundrette running. Be friendly to your locals and neighbors and enjoy bumping into one another. My sister has been taking my clothes for me to a laundrette and it's a wonderful thing. To dry your clothes...hopefully there are comfortable seating areas. To catch up on things on your phone. My sisters does 3 weeks of laundry in 3 hours at the laundrette she goes...because the drying machines are so excellent you don't need to iron most stuff, just fold it flat. Top Hat is your local place and I heard its excellent. Try it and hopefully the staff will be that great. Remember it's your local laundrette any friendly recommendations can help the business. I am so sorry the Top Hat in a posh corner in Pontcanna had to go people said good things about that. Please support your local laundrette and especially one as renown as Top Hat. Top Hat I wish u came back to Pontcanna with some posh leather seats...I will become a member to keep your shop open and then pay washing and drying cost on top.

Well lit clean spacious but abit expensive :@

Nice enough staff but after asking for a cold wash and cool dry my white clothes came back pink and shrunk. Price was ok but wish i had the time to do it my self as i had to throw a couple tee shirts and most of my now pink socks away.

They managed to get my suit cleaned a day earlier then expected and it's come back looking great. Very happy with the outcome.

Good service washes quick and cheap

*close at 6pm not 7pm* The man on duty was very friendly and helpful, as I hadn’t been to laundrette before he helped me load the dryers. I arrived a few minutes before 6pm but due to the wrong opening time he let me stay till my loads were done. Will be back :)

For some reason my laundry didn't smell any good despite all the products I brought myself, and my towels wouldn't dry after 35 minutes in the driers.

Machines took money and the phone number on site don’t work, such a reap off and time waster.

1st time using this laundry. The lady was lovely polite and helpful. Would deffo use it again
