Industrial engineer

Paul and Martyn at Volspec helped us to achieve the almost impossible, when they secured a cylinder head for our working Fairline Targa motor cruiser based in Lagos, Algarve. We called them in desperate need of a replacement and they both joined forces to achieve what was needed at top speed. Not only did they arrange for a next day delivery of the new cylinder head from Belgium to their depot in Essex but when it arrived they hand delivered it to Algarve Removals to put on there vehicle to enable us to collect it in Portugal. Amazing service from professionals who know what they are doing and have the ethos to ensure their clients receive the support they desire even in such short time frames. Loved their can do attitude! Great service

A blocked drain caused water to flow back into the kitchen. Darren and Mike came immediately and sorted out the problem. On a subsequent visit a complete review was done of all our drains and a potential difficulty was pre-empted. They are very professional and I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service from the hire team! When extra cooling capacity was required, an extra chiller was delivered on the Monday when requested on a Sunday. Additionally after a leak through no fault of their own reported at 6:30pm on an evening, their service engineer had visited the next working day and had the leak repaired by 9:10am the day after! Reliable company all round!
