Bunch of sectarian workers that regardless of if your a priority need they will just lie through their teeth and refuse to offer you housing if your not one of their own kind. They house Peadophiles, Paramilitaries and their mates before actually offering houses to people on the housing list! Basically scum of the earth!

If I could give zero stars that's what they'd be getting, absolute joke of a company think it's acceptable to leave tenants without heating and hot water for 4 weeks and after sending 2 engineers out to the job still no hot water, avoid this housing association it's not worth the stress

Absolutely awful staff told my partner she would have a phone call within a week its been 3 weeks and nothing myself and my partner been phoning every day and they are doing nothing to help her even though she is pregnant and has 3 kids and she been giving her notice

Please aware don't buy or involve with L&Q. It's very bad company and I had very bad experience with them. Basically as soon as they receive your money they will ignore you

Currently having to sue these jokers as they're my landlords. Both my son (8yrs) and I are disabled and we rent disabled adapted housing from them for 5yrs now. We've had a damp problem that we notified them about when we first moved here. They've done nothing to properly remedy this. We've had clothing and furniture destroyed by mould and our health has also suffered as a consequence of the damp and mould. Cornwall Housing has refused to communicate from day one and now insists I can only get any repairs done by reporting them via my solicitor as they refuse to speak to me. Disgraceful landlords who immediately blame their tenants for mould and damp problems rather than fix structural problems in their properties.

I moved into a brand new building end of 2021.It was great at the beginning, but the management of the building ruined the experience. The communal areas haven't been cleaned in months (since about April-May 2022), the property manager was supposed to call me multiple times, but she never did.The property manager also has been lying about the service being provided, when in fact it wasn't.They didn't even bother to clean it up for Christmas, which caused me me personally a lot of embarrassment and explaining to friends and family.Shockingly bad and embarassing!
