WHF offer superb professional support to all their Host Families. We have just completed our first Season and thanks to the helpful staff at WHF, we were able to provide a safe and happy home from home for all our young Guests. Can’t wait to host more Students in 2023!AJ, Trowbridge

I had to wait 20 minutes after the expected time of arrival and still no taxi's came. Rang the company 3 times after and no one picked up the phone (kept me waiting for a taxi for about 40 minutes total and no one came). Not reliable and takes 0 responsibility.

Absolutely atrocious company. Prepaid a taxi for evening guests at my wedding. The taxi didn't turn up. Tried calling them that evening no answer. Luckily managed to get another company to pick the guests up. Not what I want to be doing when I am trying to enjoy my wedding. I have now been trying to get in touch with the company for over a week to get my money back and no one ever answers the phone. Avoid the company like the plague. They are a bunch of theives and a useless shower of *****Edit.- The company contacted me and issued a refund almost immediately after putting up this review which is truly amazing considering they ignored all my calls for the last week. I was asked to remove the review but I don't feel like they are telling the truth. Just making up some story instead of just owning up that they made a mistake.

Your attention to professionalism is awesome

We spent a truly relaxing weekend here and didn’t want to leave.Mary and Warwick have thought of everything you could need and made Shepherd’s Delight an absolute gem. It’s set in a wonderful spot with a variety of wildlife at your door. The facilities are first class and the hot tub is really the icing on the cake.Thanks Mary and Warwick - we will see you again soon!

Great way to fill your evenings during the week. Meet students from different cultures and make a little cash in the process. Why leave your spare room empty all week? Open your door and give some excited youngsters a unique experience.

We host through WHF and find it very well organised and flexible. You get a lot of support as new hosts and can opt in and out to fit around personal commitments.

We have been hosting for almost a year now, and really enjoying it! The students always have lovely manners, and it brings life to our household (even the dog is happy for the extra company!). I enjoy how flexible it is for me, as I plan the groups around our full time jobs, school runs, doggy care and holidays! And it is a great experience for my daughter to meet foreign children from various countries (we've had 3 nationalities so far), and give her an idea of what it will be like for her when she's a bit older and goes on a school trip abroad!

The Le Cordon Bleu Cafe is a good place to rest your feet & enjoy a cup of coffee after visiting the British Museum. The blue berry pastry is very tasty - would definitely been better if it’s just out from the oven! Friendly Service too.

Fastline provide a smart, clean and reliable service that we would 100% recommend. Joy drove 6 of us to London and back in a day. He was absolutely fantastic; patient and professional. Thank you for your services. We look forward to using you again soon.
