Still have not been able to contact them, there has been no responses to multiples emails and telephone calls over last two weeks. Terrible company and customer services. Haven't processed credit and referencing checks. FRAUD.

What's the point of having membership with these guys if It's simply impossible to get through them. I have been trying to contact them for days, no one ever picks up the phone. Goes to voicemail and its mailbox is full now, sent an email, no response. I definitely won't be renewing my subscription with them...THIS IS THE ONLY WAY THIS GUYUS ARE RESPONDING TO YOU, AFTER FULL YEAR OF NO SUPPORT< THEY MANAGED TO TAKE ANOTHER £69.99 DESPITE I SAID I AM NOT RENEWING IT> YOUR WEBSITE DOES NOT HAVE FACILITIES TO UNSUBSCRIBE AND YOU NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE OR REPLY TO MY EMAILS, SOI I CANT NOTIFY YOU ANY OTHER WAY THAN THIS!!!!! REFUND MY MONEY WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT OR YOU WILL BE REPORTED AS I START THINKING THAT YOUR COMPANY IS SCAM!! Do not use this company. They take your money and then are not contactable. They do not respond to emails or answer the phone. They should be removed from the internet as they are stealing money from anyone who joins.

Great looking building accessed from the footpath under the bridge. No Front of house staff. But will always try and help with canal related queries. You can purchase pump out cards from the floating cafe nearby.

We hired Jason to plaster our bedroom. We had removed a fitted wardrobe and sink so the walls weren’t in the best shape prior to him coming but they look absolutely brilliant after 2 days of work from Jason. He turned up when he said he would, carried out the work in a timely and efficient manner for a very reasonable price and we could not be happier. Thank you Jason, we would highly recommend you.

I am currently a member of the BLA and I am extremely satisfied. I have done several courses and have expanded my knowledge of the industry and its rules and regulations, I cannot stress how important and invaluable this is and wish to thank all at BLA for their hard work and dedication.
