Herb shop

Went in for acupuncture for lower back pain. All other Chinese doctors I've visited for this previously have put needles around the area with a heat lamp then massage the area after. I've always left feeling great. This doctor put needles in my toes, hand and scalp, and placed stones under my feet then left me alone wondering when he was going to come and do my back. By the time he returned it was clear there was no time for further treatment to my back. Instead he checked areas around my body and said I have a problem with my back and he'll look at that next time. Well I'm about to move house so there won't be a next time. I needed immediate pain relief and acupuncture usually is the best pain relief. It also cost £50. That's more expensive than they charge in London! What a waste.

I am so glad Preserve Foods have opened a store in my local area.I paid my first visit today and I was like a kid in a candy store! The shop looks small from the outside but the range of products offered is impressive. Countless type of nuts, dried fruits, granolas,seeds, spices, pasta, rice...and even beauty products! I also need to say that everything is fairly priced, just to show that there's no need to be rich to try and reduce the amount of single use plastics we do in our daily lives. I brought my old tapperwears, jam jars and spice jars and just use them to shop instead. The peanut butter machine blew my mind: you can get freshly and PURE peanut butter, choosing between having done smooth or crunchy. If anyone is in doubt, please pay a visit to this shop and you won't be disappointed!

Shamy is the only person i let do my eyebrows she's amazing... Totally professional we always have a nice conversation. She's quick and i always leave with perfect brows... Everyone in herbal world is very friendly. Will be a customer for life.. :)

Actually he's a quiet, helpful chap who runs a local, eco friendly, family business that sometimes halves the rip off prices you'll find in similar stores around town. Great selection, good quality, excellent value. Five stars.

Such a lovely shop and welcoming staff. I had a massage, it was a deep tissue sports massage. Much needed and I was sore and had problems with my shoulders and my hamstrings. I have rebooked for a follow up session. It is important to book the right massage, if you need a light massage opt for the aromatherapy massage. A deep tissue massage will leave you sore but it helps in the long run. Great experience I will be back!
