The Services were Brilliant

Worst experience of my life! I paid to go private and this hospital gives patients the most awful so-called care. They charged a fortune and didn't even bother checking on me regularly, didnt get breakfast after my surgery when I hadn't eaten for almost 24 hours. I was bleeding on my bedsheets and the staff didnt even bother to change them for 3 days leaving me bedbound and in filth. The nurses were incompetent, rude and uncaring. I would have got 1000x better care with the NHS, which these awful hospitals put down and declare they can provide better care treatment and service. Everyone avoid at all costs.

I have my patients looked after here and the quality of the care across reception, nursing, laboratory and diagnostic imaging is excellent.

I am supposed to be in for a procedure in two days' time. I was told I would receive prep instructions and the appointment time by email. No one has contacted me. I have spent two days phoning constantly but no one is answering the phone ... terrible.

Quick direct access to an amazing Consultant Paediatrician. He really knew his stuff, took time to exolain it to me and answer my questions.

I have been under the care of Professor Ala for the several months, having had several consultations and endoscopy procedures.Throughout this time I have been treated with professionalism and exemplary care. All the procedures have been fully explained and I am very contented and grateful for all the care I have received.

A year ago after my Chemo treatment hadn't completely worked for my Non Hodkingson's Lymphoma I was referred to Dr Robin Sanderson at The Guthrie Clinic, King’s College Hospital. After extensive tests Dr Sanderson agreed to take me on as a private Car-T-Cell therapy patient which involved being admitted for 2 weeks in Waddington Ward and attending various clinics around the hospital.In every department I found the staff excellent, caring and very helpful particularly Dr Sanderson's team and Ms Aphrodite Pavlou who took a lot of time making sure that our appointments with the various clinics ran smoothly as we were travelling a long way and kept in touch before and after the treatment to make sure we had no problems.The care I received in hospital and afterwards was first class, and resulted in my being in Remission. I would recommend the Guthrie Clinic at King’s College Hospital and Dr Sanderson for their excellent care and professionalism.

Thoroughly recommended. Support in advance of consultation was very helpful, and Dr Joshi provided an independent thorough review and recommendations.

Very disappointed with overall service. Worse private facility I've ever experienced. Will definitely not use again!

Dr Patrick Kennedy is absolutely amazing! I was so nervous and he made me feel so comfortable and explained everything so well.Words really are not enough to describe his love and dedication for his patients and the job his professionalism one of the best I have ever experienced. He was soo patient too when I was asking questions about my condition.Definitely will be going to see him again. Dr Patrick ever so friendly and kind and I couldn't recommend him enough!!!
