I had occasion to go to Clear Hearing Harborne this week, because of blocked ears. Many years since I had to have the same thing done and I was pleasantly surprised to learn that a new and better technique is now being done, no more water!. Namely, unblocking ears using the suction method. I was a bit apprehensive but Kully was so relaxed and the job was done thoroughly, calmly and efficiently and I was so relieved and thankful to be able to hear clearly once again . Visited the clinic with my partner she had been struggling to hear for week. Unfortunately our own doctors were unable to give us an appointment so we decided to go private. I telephoned Dr Hassan who gave me an appointment same day 2 hrs after our phone conversation we drove up from Bradford my partner had a full hearing check and ear wax removed from both ears. She was extremely happy with the service.The clinic was easy to find and was very clean.I would recommend to anyone because we received a good service and no time was wasted.

From the moment I walked in kully was so friendly she sat me down and explained everything very clearly and made me feel at ease. During the procedure which was pain free she kept asking me if I am alright which was really nice. After she had finished I felt loads better and was so so grateful to her she was fantastic and amazing and would definitely recommend her if anyone needed ear wax removal she was so kind. I called the Ear Dr on behalf of someone who had been suffering from problems in his ears for 5 months! He had a swishing noise in his ears. I called and was offered a same day appointment and the price was extremely reasonable.I went to the shop where the person works today and he was so happy! He told me that his wax had been removed and he could hear again. He was over the moon and gave so many thanks both to me and to the Ear Dr. He said that Hassan was such a nice man and he just feels so much better now. He was almost in tears and my heart was so happy that such a little thing as a google search and a phone call had helped this man. Thank you so much Ear Dr . I will definitely be recommending you to others with any kind of ear problem. In this current time, to be seen so quickly is amazing!

It was a lovely experience to use Clear Hearing services. The lady explained me the process in detail before starting the procedure. The procedure was quick and painless. I would highly recommend them.

I discovered this place whilst on social media. I’d previously had micro suction 5+ years before but via the NHS. I’d been suffering with blocked ears for a few weeks after having an awful bout of a chest infection/sinusitis. Kully was really experienced and very thorough with the process. I also have tinnitus and she kept checking to make sure I was comfortable during the procedure. She cleared my ears wonderfully and I left being able to ear clearly!Will definitely be back, once a year to keep on top of any build up. Here’s a picture of what came out my ears!

Very professional efficient earwax removal using microsuction which in my opinion was much better than irrigation method which they also offer. Also offer free hearing tests. I can definately reccomend them. Find them just before the foot bridge from the Joiners Arms heading to Bridge Street.

Hassan is a consummate professional and an absolute gentleman. I called at 1:30pm on a Saturday, and he was able to fit me in 45 minutes later. My left ear was completely blocked, and my hearing was seriously impeded. The process took around 3 minutes, was utterly painless, and I was completely reassured throughout. I genuinely can't believe how simple and effective the process is. I can now hear perfectly again.If I could give 6 stars, I would.Dr Hassan the man!Joe

Hassan was brilliant. Was able to see me on the same day I called. Painless procedure which only took a few mins. I had been suffering from a blocked right ear for a while. Over the counter products didn't work. GP was not helpful and advised they could not refer me as there is too big of a backlog. Couldn't recommend this service more.

Hassan was wonderful! I had recently taken up swimming and it developed that the water wasn't clearing after swimming so I knew there was an issue. Other earwax removal places were going to be an appointment in 2 or 3 weeks' time which would have been a nightmare as I am a busy working musician and my hearing is essential. But Hassan offered me an appointment the same day. He was very careful and reassuring, aware of my anxiety and need to have brilliant hearing for my music and carefully removed the wax, some by hand and some with gentle suction. It was easier than the dentist - a little bit uncomfortable at times but never painful. There was definitely plenty of wax removed, 40 years of build-up I guess! The whole procedure only took about 20 minutes, and I can now hear better than ever before, and my ears clear instantly when swimming. Cannot recommend him highly enough - at the time it was £60 in total for both ears I think but worth every penny. Suggestions from my GP and online such as using olive oil etc were utterly useless and made it worse! Go to Hassan in Withington definitely.
