Some of the only positives are the doctors are good and Nurse Sareeta who is excellent. She is very helpful, kind and caring - always going above and beyond in her duty of care. She always listens to patients and tries her best to get help for any queries from doctors as well in the appointment if necessary. I'd give five stars for her.However, the administration at this surgery is very poor and the receptionists are not helpful. No one answers the phone yet when you are queuing at the surgery, they are not checking in patients/speaking to them but rather just on the phones - so which one is it? Also it is so difficult to get a face to face appointment, the staff always push you to do everything online but then the e-consult system is not even 'open' all day and some consultations get ignored.

Receptionist was extremely rude to both my sister and brother in law and its absolutely disgusting! I used to go to this doctors but changed because of the very fact of the receptionists constantly being rude and abrupt and now I'm much happier. My whole family have experienced the receptionists being rude and abrupt and I think they ruin the doctors because the doctors themselves are very good.

New synthetic pitch is awful. Very slippy even when it's dry. Five-a-side pitches are too small - why did you shorten them and make them narrower?

I have been going to West Green Dental for the past 20 years and all I can say is that they have accompanied my needs and look after me without fail. Dr Shah is the best dentist anyone could ask for!

Unqualified staff and unprofessional I have try to book an appointment for my daughter what she doing fever from 3 days and we was and on emergency and nobody's try to help us or like that, they ask me to do a consultation by phone, I don't how they check her without to see it when she was acusating pain in the neck and doing high fever, and I ask them what I doing now I wait to die her in my arms, and them answer was yes. Thank for you answer, horrible staff

i attended this practice as an emergency patient and every other dentist i have been to never made me feel comforable but the dentist i had called Rebecca was absolutly great at putting me at ease I WOULD RECOMMEND this dentist unreservedly and am hoping to be put on the waiting list

The doctor I see is absolutely amazing and will get me in anytime I need to go and see her. Couldn’t fault her she does a fantastic brill job. Feel safe and comfortable with her and she’s always there. Couldn’t thank her enough.

Great surgery. The staff and doctors there are really helpful. I called at 8am and got a same day appointment and the doctor I saw was really friendly and helpful. There wasn't too long to wait and it was a warm and clean building. The waiting area is well spaced and lovely.

The staff are very accommodating and friendly. They are excellent in supporting children with additional needs. They have been brilliant!
