I've never worked with a more attentive and concern salesperson before. Chris Law made my experience with MAS bearable and easy! I had to wait a little longer than normal for my car delivery but Chris made sure to update me with text daily, he advocate for me when the DVLA was holding my car for no reason at all, and he would always go the extra mile to make sure the experience of buying my very first brand new car was simple. I would absolutely recommend Chris to any friend, family member or stranger on the street looking to purchase from MAS! Chris you are a rockstar, thanks for all you did!

Very poor service from their Edinburgh Harley Davidson dealership. Sold them my bike on the agreement they settled the finance. They immediately sold the bike before settling the finance and took their time doing that.

If I could give zero stars for after sales I would. An hour trying to find out about my car and line still busy!

I went in to get a 2023 Harley Davidson Sportster S, and Mr. Daniel Hadden assisted me in everything I had to do the instant I went inside the dealership! He showed tons of knowledge and very good service to me and got me to my bike within 2 weeks! Would Recommend to go to him for swift and precise service!

Good experience and excellent customer service. Worked with Toni and she was fantastic. Due to a deployment, COVID and then shipping our car to a remote destination, the car buying/production/delivery process from start to finish was far more lengthy than anticipated. Even so, Toni did a great job walking us through the process and gave us plenty of updates along the way (as well as finding us some extra savings). She was a fantastic sales associate. If you’re overseas and looking to purchase a new vehicle, give MAS a look.

Just finished a 1 week rental from this top notch dealership. Eric, who handles their rentals, was just fantastic from 1st email inquiry months ago to our airport departure. Communication was easy and helpful and when we arrived, he really made everything smooth. The dealership is also 1st class. Everyone super friendly. I really can’t recommend renting from them more. I bought my bike from this store in 2018 and the salesman Andy couldn’t be more helpful, since then the customer service seems to have gone with him. I recently came in to buy a few things and as always Katie was excellent but when I asked someone else on the front desks for a price on the Highway pegs on the shelf I was pretty much fobbed off and I never got the price so I put them back. I also recently noticed a small oil leak so I called and asked if someone could take a look, advise me of the problem and then I’d book it in for repair, I was told I could but it would be £108 + VAT just to take a look, I explained I only needed someone to take a quick look and no work was necessary but the price was still £108 + VAT.I have in the past few weeks called the store to get a price for my bike to either sell it or trade it in, I was told on 2 separate occasions to send details and a pic via email, which I did with no reply, so then I called and was told I could bring it down and someone would value it for me, I did this 30 minutes later to then be told by the same young lad who 30 minutes earlier told me to bring it down that the guy who prices the bikes wasn’t actually in until Tuesday (this was Friday) so I’d have to wait till then and he’d call me, total waste of time…unsurprisingly i’m still waiting. Really bad service at this store.Eager to sell you a bike but the aftercare is overpriced and the customer service is nonexistent.
