I had a boiler service as well as a Gas Safe check and certificate from Jon. He was great - alot of previous services I've had they quickly check the boiler and skate over alot of detail, whereas Jon was very thorough and took his time checking the boiler and individual radiators / pipework. He even spotted a small leak which I think other people might not have, and managed to fix it on the spot with his handy work! He was very polite and helpful too.

Steve is absolute gent! His years of experience clearly show. Steve looks after the property we have been renting for last 4 years and there is nothing he hasn’t fixed. He is always on time, flexible and reliable. Best plumber we have had the pleasure of meeting. Highly recommend.

Steve Rusk Ltd installed a new Megaflow boiler in my flat and I was very impressed with the level of service and quality of finish. Firstly, this company was the only one out of 3 i approached who continued the tender process to give a quote. The plumber turned up on time and all the pipe and soldering jointing work to the new boiler was to a very high standard. The plumber was very knowledgeable and additionally made sure I understood how the system worked and completed a safety check and guarantee paperwork at the end. I would rate the service 5 stars and I thought the price for the job was reasonable.

No public transport nearby, just too far out in the wilderness to be accessible to everyone. 24 minute walk from the last bus stop to the centre! Better off elsewhere..Not to mention the £75 increase in course fee despite it being cancelled twice....
