Next day was doing the finer touches and last day, stove installed and up and running. The guys are amazing, friendly and They both know their stuff. Would VERY HIGHLY recommend. Thanks again. Just took delivery of seasoned logs for my log burner. Great quality logs, and excellent customer service. Very helpful delivery driver as well. Will certainly use Four Seasons again.

Not got a clue what they doing. told me my table saw motor was nackerd ..after they put second hand capacitor on. and after a day it stopped working. because they put a 40uf capacitor on when it should have been a 60uf .they told me £50+fitting charge.for new capacitor .they only £9.50 brand new on internet won't go there again ...

I have bought wood from Ben twice before, so had no qualms ordering from him this winter. I ordered on 15th November and have no response to emails or messages since that time. The last email was returned from the Postmaster stating that the email address was no longer registered. I am incredibly disappointed, and have started a process with my bank to obtain my money back. Hopefully they will be able to do so.

POOR SHELF LIFE - I used Plumbs a number of times over the years but this year in the spring and summer I was continually being delivered milk that would only last 2-3 days before going sour. Finally, in August I was delivered milk that had gone off by the NEXT DAY!! I emailed a complaint, pointing out that I had experienced the same problem on other occasions and all I received was an email to all customers saying they had had a problem with their supplier...I was not responded to about the other times the milk had soured and there was no refund of the milk that had gone off in 24 hours.I decided to stop my deliveries for a while, partly because I was about to go on holiday but also to wait until cooler weather in case that was the problem...but when I went to restart it they had deleted my account!! I can only assume it was because I had complained.I have now found another milk delivery service and I am pleased to say that their milk is delivered in a much fresher condition.It is a real shame, because I wanted so much to support a small local business but the poor milk quality and complete lack of customer service with Plumbs Dairy means I will never use them again and I recommend anyone considering using them to find an alternative!

Bad experience.....ordered item did not come over several weeks. Numerous phone calls and emails not responded too. Eventually threatened trading standards and got a refund.
