After reading the reviews I firstly would like to say that this company is not a scam and they genuinely have some beautiful pieces of furniture.We enquired about some furniture in May 2021 but wanted to actually feel and see the furniture before we committed to buying anything. Marcus kindly booked us an appointment at the Showroom in Nottinghamshire as he understood how we felt.We had a drive to the showroom and met with Adam who was very helpful and showed us the options that were available to us! We sent across the measurements of our room and a layout of what we had a we were sent some drawings of possible options for the furniture we had chosen which we were over the moon with.We ordered a bespoke Moreland Harris Tweed and Brown Leather Chester Club no corner modular Design 15, 3 seat Right, 3 Seat left and 2 Kensington Chairs and a patchwork beanbag. We also opted to have these reinforced.The delivery was estimated at 12-14 weeks.The delivery did run over slightly due to problems everyone was dealing with due to Covid but when they were delivered (Sept) the team that delivered everything were very friendly and kept us up to date with timings. They came right on time when they said they would.Marcus and the team were fantastic through the process of the design and ordering.I fell in love with our furniture the minute it came into our home.

We are very pleased with our fitted wardrobes. The bedroom is very small and Peter helped us with designing the bedroom using the best use of this small space, allowing for as much storage as possible, without overcrowding. From ordering to delivery and installation was very quick and efficient and we are pleased with the quality. Great service would highly recommend, thank you Peter and team. Sarah Hawkey.

Amazing customer service!!! We purchased a pencil case for £3 which unfortunately was broken by the time we got it home (plastic lid snapped) - we phoned the store in Ipswich as we do not live very near so could not easily return it, and the manageress apologised profusely and said she would ship another to us immediately together with some complimentary goodies. Two days later, true to their promise, the new pencil case arrived along with a whole host of other goodies which taking a guess would be valued at probably over £10! Why can't other stores offer customer service like this?!

The staff here are so helpful. I'd called in advance to ask them to put aside a piece here as a gift. The looked out every size and colour combination for when I arrived. Lovely things and lovely people. Oka is a breath of fresh air.

Absolutely horrible. The staff have been lying to us about the delivery. We got told it will take 8 weeks yet are still waiting for the delivery and we are coming up to 13 weeks. Very disappointed.
